23.01.2022 Stage 1 of this job.....heavily overgrown with knee high grass hiding lots of planter pots and trays underneath. Did some bed weeding and slashed back the worst of the grass to expose the rubbish that the owners will remove allowing me back for stage 2.....keep an eye out for for an update next week!

22.01.2022 Nothing like weeding beds to let you know you havent been doing much for the last few weeks! Next job on the list is the weeds coming through the gravel path and pruning the roses so they flourish.

19.01.2022 I used the hashtag #lettherebelight in a post the other day and thats exactly what was achieved on this job. Had to remove an overgrown climber in preparation for new walls and pergola before replanting.

18.01.2022 Next stage of the Carrum job......more of the same but we are starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel. Next stage is to create some edges and get the yard to a maintainable standard.

11.01.2022 Some before and after pics from a job last week......... Hedge was encroaching onto the driveway so the main aim was to ensure it didnt pose any risks to cars access to the rear units. Came up pretty well.....its easy when you have the right tools at hand! Followed up with some general clearing of overgrown beds...... who doesnt love a nice clean garden bed on a Friday arvo

10.01.2022 Bit of a bigger post of a job Ive been working on for the last few weeks involving a lot of clearing out of the old and planting in of the new for a fresh informal look. Cant wait til Spring now to see how this garden takes off!

06.01.2022 After 2 long months, today I received the news I was waiting for and am now extremely happy to announce Harrison’s Gardening & Maintenance is back in business! I’ll be able to get back into looking after all my patient clients gardens albeit with a cpl of small rules in place...... GARDENING/LANDSCAPING AND SOLE TRADERS Gardening, landscaping and garden maintenance businesses who have an ABN added to permitted worker list from September 28. Conditions require they can safely ...work alone, outside and have no contact with customers The only real impact for the foreseeable future is I will only be accepting payment via EFT which hopefully is no drama at all. 02.01.2022 Certainly broke the 3rd of height rule today with this job, but it needed to be cut back to a level that the client could manage whilst they recover from an injury. Im pretty certain I earnt a beer or two with this one! Have a great weekend everybody
