Recipe here - https://bit.ly/35BX3yy or save this post Ingredients: - 2 Harvey Beef Porterhouse steaks... - 300g baby potatoes - 1 bunch broccolini - 1 long red chilli - 100ml herbed sour cream Method: 1. Remove steaks from the packet, season with salt & pepper & rub in a little oil. 2. Pre-heat your oven to 200c, cut potatoes in halves or quarters, toss in 1 tbsp olive oil, season with salt & pepper. Roast for 15 minutes or until golden. 3. Heat a large frypan to a high heat, trim the broccolini ends & slice the chilli (remove seeds if desired.) 4. Sear the steaks for 4 minutes each side, put aside to rest. Using the same pan, wipe or rinse the pan in a little water, then over a high heat add a tablespoon of oil, add the chilli and sauté for 1 minute, add broccolini and sauté for 2 minutes. 5. Serve alongside steak & potatoes, drizzle with herbed sour cream. Enjoy!

Recipe via the link in our bio or save this post Ingredients: - 500g Harvey Beef Mince ... - 2 tbsp korma curry paste - 8 tortilla wraps - 200g tzatziki - 8 tbsp tomato salsa Method: 1. In a large bowl use your hands to mix beef mince with curry paste. Form into 8 large oval shaped meatballs. 2. Heat a large fry pan to a medium heat, fry tortillas for 20 seconds on each side, and set aside. Then add a little oil to the pan & fry meatballs for approx. 10 minutes until golden and cooked through, turning regularly. 3. To serve top tortillas with tzatziki & salsa, place meatballs on the top. Enjoy!

02.01.2022 Harvey Beef was today delighted to purchase the Black Dog Ride steer, with $11,000 going directly to the Black Dog Ride charity, which supports mental health. Usually sold at Perth Royal Show’s cattle auction, the cancellation of this event meant an alternative location of Government House where the steer was sold directly to Harvey Beef with Mrs Nicola Forrest attending to meet the Yost family who donated the steer and Peter & Judy Milton whose hard work and dedication to the Black Dog Ride charity made this event possible.
