22.01.2022 Today we got called to a leak. It was noticed that water was coming from the outside brickwork and the water meter wasn't holding pressure. This was definitely going to be a serious water leak! After conducting thermal imaging to pinpoint the leak we were able to cut the plaster and wood behind to gain access to a forgotten crimp at the plumbing rough in. This has been like this for several years.... After the repair was done we were able to pressure test and all held pressure. Now that's a hassle free experience! 01.01.2022 After hours call out This property was built under a year ago. We received a call from the tenant advising her ground floor plaster is bubbling and water is dripping down.... We attended site and checked all fixtures, however no leaks were present. Being such a newly built property you wouldn't think the water line had split! You guessed right! We cut the ceiling and the damage was found. A section of the damaged hot water line was cut out and replaced. All pressure tested and passed
