25.01.2022 Excited to be taking on the exterior and interior design of this absolute beauty on the Inlet side of Inverloch! Talk about beach shack perfection Life has a funny way of taking unexpected twists and turns. We fell in love with this home a few years ago when it came on the market - but the timing didn’t work out.. lucky for us her lovely owners approached us a few months ago to come up with a creative, one-storey extension that will be cohesive with the existing mid centur...y facade. We will be designing the concept and collaborating with @adbuildingdesign for the drafting. 22.01.2022 Progress shots of the master WIR and en-suite in our current Inverloch reno! This house was super pokey when we first bought it (of course ) but we’ve spent the valuable time to reconfigure the exisiting floor plan into a smart, functional layout that maximises every little bit of space So pleased to have been able to squeeze in a WIR and a large en-suite with an epic ceiling that rakes high up into the shower recess! A wall shelf will also wrap from the vanity wall around into the shower, and the inclusion of a Velux will flood the room with sunlight. 21.01.2022 Update on the front facade of our Inverloch reno which now has been extended on the front right by approx 600mm to make the facade symmetrical... It may seem like nothing, but it will make all the difference in the end! Note; it previously had a side porch taking up this space to enter the front entry door. Whilst the side entrance will still remain intact (although a little reconfigured) we’ve re-designed the front to have a 1500mmW stone paved slab leading to some beautiful... double French doors. 04.01.2022 Hey guys! Here’s some progress shots of our Invy reno. This house might have a smaller footprint than our last reno, but we’ve planned it all out to the mm (yes literally) We’ve made the most of every little bit of space to make this home flow well and be super functional. Particularly love how the living space (which used to be super 70s-poky and dark) now opens up with large stacking doors and windows onto a sun-lit conservatory space - maximising the living space for the warm summer months.
