25.01.2022 Today we played with fabric and beads to create a photographic work! The kids chose the fabrics and decorated each other. They did a great job and had heaps of fun doing it! Home school art classes can be so easy, just using items from around the house! We would love to see what your kids can do with this idea! Try it and share the photos with us

05.01.2022 School Holidays are almost upon us once again and I’m getting so many messages asking if we are doing workshops! Unfortunately, we are transitioning to a new venue, due to the current situation at the Devonport Showgrounds and the lack of repairs to our building, which means we are not able to run our usual programs at this time. One of the things we value the most about Haus Creative is engaging kids in the arts, and even though we are not going to run the holiday program ...this time around, soon we will be back bigger and better than before! Thank you all for your ongoing support! We miss you!

01.01.2022 The late Mitzi Vardill was an accomplished artist whose work covered drawing, watercolour, mixed media, acrylics, print media, sculpture and ceramics. After a b...attle with cancer, the colourful, creative and very much loved Mitzi passed away in 2018. One of her daughters, Julia, who also lost her battle with cancer this year, had a vision to celebrate her mother by selling her remaining artworks via auction and on her website (mitziv.com.au/shop/) with current proceeds going to Mitzi’s beloved grandchildren. Thanks to family and friends, this vision has now become reality.
