23.01.2022 The team at Haven strive to put on the absolute best show possible. This includes, but not exclusive to International and National Guests, free to play content, competitions, cosplay workshops and photo-booths, and stage content. While you see plenty of staff running around during the show (and we love them all for their help), what most of you don’t know is that Haven has a core team of 3 people. These people dedicate nearly every ‘free’ moment outside of their jobs and fami...ly commitments to working on the expo. Whilst we do source sponsorship and use ticket funds to pay for the event, a lot actually comes from the pockets of the core team. In actual fact we don’t receive any income and it’s purely volunteer. In 2018 we’ve decided to postpone the event and focus on making 2019 a reality. We’ve had a lot of personal commitments this year and have decided to take a small hiatus to focus on family and other Haven ventures that we have been wanting to work on for a long time. The Expo, in truth, is just the tip of the iceberg. We’ve founded a Pop Culture Store, we’re launching a web-store soon and we’re working on having a lot more content to a wider audience. So expect to hear about more things soon! Exciting news to come!

Please give a warm welcome to our amazing long term friend and customer, now owner of Haven Gaming ...and Pop Culture and Haven Gaming and Pop Culture Expo - Travis! Travis has an incredible wealth of knowledge and passion of the gaming and pop culture industry and is extremely excited to take over the iconic destination and national brand name of Haven. We couldn't be happier and wish Travis all the best moving onward and upward with Haven! As for us, Oz and Grant, we are off on a new adventure together with our young family to pursue our new careers.
