22.01.2022 It's been a HUGE few weeks for Steph and Cal, with testing taking place all over NSW for some incredible comapnies who are putting the health and safety of their employees first.

17.01.2022 SUPPORTING YOUR STAFF THROUGH AN EPIDEMIC. It’s everywhere. In our neighborhood, in our community, in our workplaces. A drug epidemic is sweeping the nation and now more than ever we need to work together to combat this problem and keep our staff safe. We are seeing an increase in drug use across industries that you would not traditionally see use in; the increase has been put down to high pressure and fast paced work environments. These conditions have become a normal part ...of modern business and a lot of staff members struggle to keep up with the pressure of the tight deadlines placed on them. As a result we are seeing employees turning to drugs to keep them achieving targets and stay employed. A common example are truck drivers, who are pushed to their limits in every capacity to meet company deadlines. An investigation by Victorian police revealed that one-in-12 truck drivers in Victoria are using the drug ice to fight off fatigue and keep driving longer. Last year 156 truck drivers were caught with methamphetamine in their systems and that number has already increased by 20 per cent this year. What are you doing to keep your staff safe?
