25.01.2022 Morning guys, It’s with great disappointment I will not be opening today for what I had planned to be my final day of trade for 2020. Given the NSW Health request for people to stay home and council recommendation for businesses to close while contact tracers try to find the source of this cluster, I don’t think it is appropriate to be out and about today. I’m so sad that I don’t get to see you and wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in person, but know I’m thinking... it and sending those thoughts your way. Thank you for being a massive part of my year. I am so grateful to be living out my dream despite the difficult circumstances we are in. Please stay safe, take care, and stay home if possible! Let’s all do our bit and hopefully this outbreak can be contained quickly. Please stay at home for the next 3 days to allow contact tracers to do their critical work. Please go and get tested, even if you have the most mild of symptoms. Please be kind to each other. Please take care of yourself. Please seek help if you are struggling. Let’s hope 2021 is a better year for all!

While I love having a laugh with you guys, it also means the world to me then you open up about life and what’s going on for you. I feel honored that you want to disclose things with me and that I get to be a witness to your life. Please know that I’m here for the good times and the bad, and I wi...ll always be happy to listen to you and be there for you. It’s totally okay to not be okay! Life happens. It gets really freaking hard, and pushes you to your limits (especially in 2020!) Please know that you are loved and cared about, and the people in your life are there for the good, the bad, and the ugly. 10.01.2022 Happy Wellness Week to the absolutely amazing staff at Balgowlah Heights Public School! A huge highlight of my day is getting to serve this fantastic bunch of people on their recess break. I think now more than ever we appreciate just how hard they work and how instrumental they are in shaping young lives. Thank you thank you thank you teachers and school staff for all you do! I know this wasn’t the plan for this week, and it’s really thrown a spanner in the works, but I’m so grateful to live in such an awesome community with the majority of people doing the right thing and shutting down and allowing contact tracers to do their amazing work. I also, naturally, feel for the hospo businesses who were ramping up for Christmas, and had purchased stock for this week which will now be almost redundant. So, if you have the power to, please... order from your favorite locally owned restaurants, cafes, delis, butcher’s etc. and support local business. They still have to pay for stock regardless of this lockdown, and this would typically be their busiest time of year Also, please call in your order directly and organize delivery through the shop or pick up and Menulog/other providers takes their cut and leaves the venue with very little.
