Unfortunately, we are still have zero phone and internet ability - this includes emails. I appreciate that this is a major inconvenience for everyone, but please be patient with us as there is absolutely nothing we can do, and no other way that we can convey this message to our wonderful clients.... 08.01.2022 Georgie came in today to have a comprehensive oral health assessment and treatment, known as a dental. She was lucky to only need a scale and polish. Regular dental exams are an important part in maintaining your pets oral health. Nurse Renee was very happy have cuddles on recovery If you have any concerns regarding your pets oral health, dont hesitate to call us to book a free dental exam.

01.01.2022 COVID UPDATE JAN 8, 2021 I’m sure you’ve all heard of the unfortunate events occurring in Brisbane. As such, we thought it best to reiterate our health and safety measures. If you have travelled to a hotspot recently, and you have a routine appointment booked, please contact our office and reschedule. If your appointment is for urgent care, please stay in your car and call us from the parking lot to let us know you’ve arrived.... If you are showing any COVID OR FLU-LIKE symptoms, or have come into contact with a suspect COVID case, please ensure that you let us know at the time of booking so that we may take the necessary precautions - better yet, stay home if your matter is not urgent! At this point, we are continuing our cleaning and sanitation practices, and we’ve not yet had to resort to keeping people out of our office. We are continuing to monitor the evolving situation, and will change our practices to meet the challenges of providing care to our pets, while maintaining the health and safety of our team and clients.
