12.01.2022 HammondCare welcomes today's pre-budget announcement from the NSW Govt of $56 million for extending palliative care in the state. And every day our Palliative Centre team is providing care and support to people facing their last days. Recently our team, in partnership with Sydney North Health Network, piloted the new Last Days Program (pictured) which helps people facing their last days and their loved ones prepare practically, emotionally, socially & spiritually. But nothing could hold back her generous spirit and lockdown became an opportunity to volunteer for HammondCare At Home, supporting others who were often alone or isolated.
