A ball slam is when you lift a heavy ball over your head and throw it down at the ground. Now you may be thinking what on earth is fun about lifting a heavy ball and throwing it down?... 02.01.2022 Hey all Caity from headspace Lilydale here, I'm on the Active April team. When thinking of my favourite exercise yoga and pilates come to my mind. But I have recently had a back injury so my movement has been super limited.... My beautiful dogs Donatello and Eva have been a huge part of my recovery. I have only been allowed to go on walks and walking with these two makes my heart so happy. We explore the walking tracks and beautiful places around my area and have fun adventures finding fun new places.
