25.01.2022 Every year we celebrate headspace day during mental health week. This year the day falls on the 21st of October. This is our national day of support for the mental health and well-being of young Australians. This year's theme is centred around the 7 healthy headspace tips as we ask ourselves, what small steps can we take every day to make a difference to our mental health? This year, headspace Elsternwick will be hosting a competition to give away a number of self-care parks! More details coming soon! Save the date!

25.01.2022 Thank you for sharing your tips for a healthy headspace.

Most of us havent met Finn in person, although we already feel connected and value his particpation in our group. It just goes to show have we can adapt to new situations such as forming new friendships online. Glad you are onboard with us Finn. Dont forget to submit your entries to our #partyinpurple competetion for #wearitpurpleday2020. You could win a $50 Visa Voucher

20.01.2022 YAC member Shahani is looking casually cute in her purple shirt. Shanhani is a committed YAC member and usually travels several suburbs to attend Elsternwick's Meetings. One of the positive aspects of online communication is the time she saves jumping online instead of two trains.

18.01.2022 Romy is a long standing YAC member and these are her gorgeous dogs Hudson and Willis. Often they pop in to say hello during our zoom chats and we all gush over their cutness. Hudson is having a wave here and Willis is looking partciculally cool in his Purple haze sunnies. How good is it to have furry friends to love and share in COVID times?

Bullying can include leaving someone out from a group, giving nasty looks, making rude gestures, calling them names, spreading rumours or hurting someone physically. It can happen anywhere. If you think you are experiencing bullying, visit here for more information; http://bit.ly/30FYXef
