11.01.2022 http:// HEADstrong Week 2017: February 13-19 // Next month at Headstrong Fitness, we’re putting our money where our mouth is and donating 100% of our profits for a week to the non-government organisations that help us keep our heads strong! At Headstrong Fitness, our main focus is helping our clients get stronger, fitter, healthier and happier, but we know that true health and happiness goes beyond what you do in the gym, and what you put on your plate. Our goal is for all members... of the Headstrong Fitness family to have a deeper understanding of, and appreciation for, the vital role mental wellbeing plays in our overall health. We recognise that there are a number of fantastic organisations dedicated to mental health education, awareness and support, that work alongside us in the health industry. Part of our vision is to support these groups in their amazing work by regularly donating a percentage of Headstrong Fitness profits to local mental health services. This cause is very important to us, so next month, we're aiming to do a little extra. February 13-19 will be our very first HEADstrong Week! 100% of all profits from both group fitness classes and personal training sessions will be donated to NGO mental health services. For that entire week, instead of our usual pricing we will be implementing an anonymous ‘Pay What You Want’ system, where you decide how much you would like to pay for group fitness and PT sessions. You can choose to pay as little or as much as you like, knowing that every cent will be donated to support the mental health services in our local area. We encourage you all to get involved by getting active!
