17.01.2022 We now have a Marquee courtesy of Jenny and Bob. Its BYO food and Drink but there are a few rules. Refer attached invoice and note the timing on bringing gear in and out. Your roped off area package will be located in Area 3 (See gate attendant.) and labelled with Greg Sword.... If you would like to unload your car direct at your area, you can do so any time after 10:00AM on the day, but all cars must be off site and into the public car park in the centre of the track, by 11:30AM and they are not allowed back in the race course proper till after 5:30PM No Exceptions. We have a no glass policy for BYO, other than Wine bottles and wine glasses. We would request you leave the area in its original condition please with all litter placed in the bins provided. Failure to do so will result in an additional clean up charge being levied. There is a bus parking area, parking attendants will direct you to said, as may be required. If for some reason, you need to leave your car (Or for that matter bus.) in the car park overnight, the carpark is open between 9.00 AM and 11:00AM on the Sunday. Times other than this will require a $50.00 cash donation to be made to the club, prior to us opening the car park. 14.01.2022 Hi All, Have managed to get a Marquee for the Healesville Cup on Jan 9th 2021 as part of arranging an event for the Savage Club racing group. As you will know, the crowds are limited by the Covid rules so wasn't able to negotiate price. The SC group are sponsoring a race as well. I have approx 10 tickets for the Don Valley Crowd so let me know if you want to join us at the Cup. Will be the first time on a racetrack for a while. Tickets are a total of $65 includes entry. Ple...nty of space in the large Marquee and all you need to bring is yourselves, your picnic lunch and drinks. If you want to be part of the race sponsorship, $40 and be part of the presentation with photo. Let me know if you want to join in Greg
