19.01.2022 FOB ACCESS... we finally have an update!!! The Tasmanian Government has announced that gyms from the 17th September 2020 will be allowing unsupervised Fob Key Access! What this means for Health Revival Longford: The Northern Midlands Council will allow us to return to Fob Access and we will be doing so once our Covid Safety Plan has been updated.... THE CATCH: our office starts to be demolished next week!!! So we have been working crazy hard to clean out our cage and gut our office and massage room ready- the phone line and security system are all in the current office and will need to be moved by an electrician to enable fob keys to be activated. I will be working on getting everything ready tomorrow - but until we have solid confirmation on how the access panel can be transferred to enable suspensions and activations, we need to ensure there is a clear system in place prior to enabling the fob systems. Fingers crossed I have a clear update/plan of attack by the end of the day tomorrow -if Fobs cannot be activated for another few days, we will still have the current staffed hours in place! We are so close!!!

18.01.2022 Brodie Dudman and some great helpers rearranged our Free Weights area on Saturday to bring back our squat/bench rack and make some more room for Members! Our Technogym maintenance tech, John, also come in today to fix a major part in the recline bikes! We are hoping from the 3 treadmills in storage we can fix up one touch screen treadmill again!! (These treadmills haven’t worked long term like the trusty older Life Fitness ones, so fingers crossed we can get at least one g...oing again!). Massive thank you to everyone that helped!!!

13.01.2022 COUNTRY GOLD NETBALL East V West Today at Health Revival Longford (the sports centre). Arrive by 11:30am to warm up. 2nd’s Play at 12pm... 1sts Play at 1pm Players are to sit on the same side as the score box- teams are to sit together (Covid Safety Plan) and are encouraged to support their teams! For parents, we have 19 allocated seats 1.5m apart on the left side, which means 1 parent per player for who is playing. Please be fair to other parents by not watching the team your child is not in so the seating is shared accordingly. If you are from the same household, your second person can sit on the bench above your seat. There is also minimal standing room- if you choose to stand please keep safe distancing and keep away from the umpires space required to umpire the matches. Everyone entering the facility must sign in and use the hand sanitizer provided. See you there Please tag all parents to ensure everyone knows the times and Covid Safety Plan.

06.01.2022 Just a couple reminders: Entry to the gym is through the Aerobics Room... NMC have commenced stage 2 of building works which means our office is being demolished for a brand new one! 9:15am-10am while core is on walk to the front of the building (football oval side) and go in the big glass gym doors!... Carpark will reopen as soon as the new WHS Parking signs are installed by the NMC. Please park on the street until we announce parking open. FOB KEYS are working! $25 to purchase a Fob. We did run out last night but our order should arrive today!

01.01.2022 GYM MUSIC... After spending 31 hours on a phone message chat to Telstra (as they no longer have actual phone services) and receiving no help... I’ve transferred to another internet provider so music clips should be back up and running in a few days! We apologize for the inconvenience- all we needed was a wireless dongle to get us through while the office is being renovated and after 6 different telstra staff kept reverting back to plugging the modem in (to the phone chord that was not going to work) I jumped ship and got someone else to do it! Has been a stressful few days trying to sort it out but we will be back up and running very soon!!!
