07.01.2022 3 really dumb things I did too cheat my way to a healthy happy body . Guy’s you know I’m all about loving the skin you’re in... So I wanted to share some things I did in the past that completely wasted my time and energy. . By sharing these, I hope I can help you avoid the same mistakes I made! ... . 1) Skipping meals and not eating enough.... . I thought the less I ate the more weight I would loose..Wrong . In reality, the less I was eating the slower my metabolism was working to the point that it became so sluggish that any food I did eat my body would retain as I was in starvation mode. Then when I did start eat normal again I would blow out and feel even more uncomfortable. Rookie error 101 . Our body needs food to fuel it, I now eat 6 times a day and see great results because of it. . 2) Not drinking enough water.. . Back then I didn’t understand the importance of hydration. Water is particularly important when you're trying to achieve a healthy weight loss, as it improves the digestive system so that fats are eliminated from the body more efficiently. In effect, drinking water helps to flush your system out. It also reduces fluid retention and decreases the appetite . 3) Fad diet pills Don’t roll your eyesI know most of us have been there. I just happened to be someone back in the day that wasn’t willing to put in the work, spent a lot of money and created bad habits as the tablets I took didn’t work. . The truth is before I found the products I have been flooding my body with for the past 8 years....I had no idea the importance of good nutrition, a balanced lifestyle and how important It is to have an active lifestyle. . I did all of those things because I was uneducated. . And it turns out I wasted my time. Most health professionals agree that the healthiest method for losing weight is getting regular exercise and eating a well-balanced diet of moderate portions of healthy food.
