12.01.2022 I had a visit today from Leanne Linard MP. We had a great chat about the work I do and how we are taking our business online to support more people with their relationships including much needed support to understand the energetic undercurrents and dynamics that erode relationships. I also shared with Leanne how the QLD Governments small business grant has supported our business to expand online and allowed me to employ a new staff member. Thanks Leanne for the lovely chat and good luck in the upcoming election.

08.01.2022 Hey Welcome to my Health Healing Life Facebook page where I like to turn the way we do life on it's head Yep !! So that life actually makes sense. Hand on heart, I will tell it like it is - even if it makes you uncomfortable. And I will always - with integrity, share my awareness of how energy affects us and our lives so you can be free of the chasing your tail syndrome that plagues so many people. Let's start with relationships (enter rant box to stand on)... How come our loved ones will often give us the short end of the stick? How come they can be pleasant with other people and save the grunts, eye rolls (even the internal ones that don't make it to the actual visual eye roll). Why do the people we love push our buttons so much?? THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!! unless you can read the energetic undercurrents, hurts, stressors and dynamics. Wow, so many great questions Rebecca What about the spark that was there but has now fizzled out? It's like "maybe we can have sex tomorrow night - when I am less tired, less busy, not premenstrual, feel less fat etc." IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE THIS WAY. But it will be until you understand the difference between making love and having sex and how to build true libido. say what!! Okay - what about these ones everything is pretty good as long as we don't talk about . . . your mother, my mother, the kids schooling, your job, my job, that friend, money, sex, too much sex, not enough sex, that thing you do, how you eat, why you have to breathe so loudly etc Now maybe you genuinely have a great relationship but you want to take it to the next level of intimacy and depth of love. It is crazy that this isn't the norm. It is crazy that love is not the standard and that when you are in school (and older) if you "love" someone and they don't "love" you back, you are the one who is shamed or theres something wrong with you etc . . . not the one who doesn't / can't love go figure. I could go on and on but you get the picture. So straight up I want to tell you that this page is a page you can come to without shame, guilt or apology for where you are at and what is going on in your life. Straight up I am always going to do my best to support you, whether that is working with me or referring you to someone else. Straight up I have an amazing community of people around me and you are certainly not alone. 02.01.2022 We are losing too many great women to Mothering Guilt. Yes, it is like an epidemic; amazing, wise, insightful and empowered women crushed by the expectations and subsequent guilt.
