19.01.2022 Great excitement! The Park in front of Montgomery Hall, corner St John's Wood Boulevard and Abbey Gardens in Mt Claremont is being constructed and landscaped. Since buying into the Old Swanbourne Hospital precinct in 1989, my family has been looking forward to this long promised amenity. Earthworks started yesterday.

I love everything about it, the bush, the beach, sport, the river, proximity to Perth and Fremantle, and most of all the community.
