20.01.2022 We are excited to introduce #FoodieTuesday. Every Tuesday we will create a meal from produce that is in season, in excess or destined for landfill. This food is... free but donations are welcomed to keep the kitchen going. Our #LearnLocal groups will assist in the preparation of food in the future but for now the wonderful Chef Sharna is cooking for us. We will also introduce #ThePeoplesPantry. A place to trade your excess produce and pick up items from the table. This week we have bananas to share. The kitchen pass opens at 12pm, enter via the side gate, distancing is a must.

18.01.2022 Well we are not quite ready for running our normal cooking classes as yet but i am very excited to be running a new round of Barista Babies...this time it will be at Cloverdale Community Center .

14.01.2022 Thank you all for your patience, the newest member of the health n habits family is settling in well. We are still enjoying our time together but will look at running classes again soon. Miss Mia, Ryan and i are so greatful for having this time as a family and we have appreciated your support and kind wishes we have received .

12.01.2022 I appreciate all your support and understanding over the past few months as i have been focusing on being a mum. She is such an amazing little person. However i am looking forward to being involved in Learn Local courses again this term. If your looking to gain some job skills in the kitchen or just have more confidence in the kitchen and making coffee let me know.

09.01.2022 How crazy has the last week been. Health n Habits Cooking studio hopes that everyone keeps safe and well over this time period. As you may have guessed we are not running any classes untill things improve and become safe for all involved. Keep strong, we hope to see you on the other side of this hurdle.

07.01.2022 I know i have been a little quiet of late but i have been busy running some learn local programs ... helping people learn new skills. Anyone interested we have another round of Introduction to Barista Skills and Kitchen operations starting soon.

05.01.2022 2018 has been a big year for Health n Habits! We have finished off our last class for the year and will be taking some time off as i am having a baby! We will be back next year, please be patient with me as motherhood is new to me but i will be working on class lists as soon as our little princess is settled. Thank you all for your support this year, i greatly appreciate it.
