20.01.2022 Mixed Billing Notice: Health On 21 would like to advise patients of our change in Billing structure. From 1st March 2021, we will be going back to Mixed Billing, which means some GP appointments will have a private fee, where others will remain bulk billed. Covid-19 brought hard times on our patients and we decided to bulk bill throughout the pandemic. Now that the Covid-19 situation has eased in Qld, we feel it is the right time to go back to our original structure of Mixed... Billing. Under Phase 1B of the COVID-19 vaccination program, priority population groups include: - People 70 years and over;... - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people 55 years or older; - People with an underlying medical condition (inquire at Reception for eligibility); - Critical and high risk workers; - Other health care workers; - Further criteria is that the above people are aged 18 years or older and eligible for Medicare. Please note: People who are not eligible for Medicare may still receive a free COVID-19 vaccination service. They are advised to consult the Health Department in the State or Territory in which they are living for more information. COVID-19 vaccination bookings cannot be made online.
