19.01.2022 Learning breathing exercises and techniques is not the end; you need to continue doing it everyday. Awareness, is the start and consistency is the key to success, I'm aware of my breathing and have a timer on my desk to remind me simply to do my breathing exercises. I make it a priority to take a "breathing break" to quiet the mind and calm body. One day at a time, make a note in your diary. You'll notice when you don't do it after a while and your body will yearn for... the breathing exercise. Nurture your body by starting today.
