14.01.2022 She’s demonstrating bagua chuan, one of the three classical internal styles of Chinese gungfu. The movements are spinning and circular. The other two are xingyi chuan (or mind-focus/intention) boxing, which moves more linear, and of course the ever popular Tiji (tai chi) chuan which encompasses a panorama of directional subtleties.

03.01.2022 'PAM PLUM' KANGAROO APPLE (Solanum aviculare) Is a 'Bush Tucker Plant' Solanum aviculare, commonly called kangaroo apple, pam plum (Australia). An upright shrub that can grow up to 4 m (13 ft) tall., grows in rainforests, wet forests and rainforest margins on clay soils. Bush Tucker: Berries that are poisomous while green, but edible once orange. The orange berries are an edible form of bush tomato either fresh or dried.
