16.01.2022 Dear Healthworks Marden Members, The Australian Government has directed several businesses including gyms to be locked down effective from 12pm Monday 23rd March until further notice. We understand and support the need to take preventative measures to reduce further illness during this time. We tried our best to mitigate the risk of spreading, however, it has been decided businesses like ours are to be locked down to curve the spread of Covid-19.... For members who have a direct debit membership, your membership will be placed on suspension effective immediately. Membership payments will recommence in accordance with your current payment frequency when we return to business. For members who have a paid upfront membership (short and long term), your membership will be placed on suspension effective immediately. When we return to business, the total duration of the suspension will be added to the term of your membership. We can assure you we are doing everything we can to ensure we can return to business once possible. For any essential questions, email [email protected]

15.01.2022 We are looking forward to seeing all of our amazing members faces tomorrow! Not a lot will be changing for our facility as we will be able to accommodate 60 members at any one time ( including 24/7 ) As you enter please take note of the signage in place more specifically our change to our terms and conditions (you can view them here: https://healthworksmarden.com.au/gym-membership-terms/ ) ... For the moment, there will be no booking system for sessions, you have access to 3 individual zones accommodation for 20 people in each zone, so you may need to adjust your workout according to the available zone should a particular area be full or exhausted the 20 member allocation. We’re sure that with your support we can make this approach work and if there is a need for a booking system this will be introduced. We’ll be doing our bit in keeping the spaces clean, sanitised and safe for you to workout but we also need your assistance specifically with the following: > If you feeling unwell, please stay home > You must scan in and out individually ( upper gym door only ) > Clean towel and water bottle ( no access to water fountain ) > Maintain social distancing, don’t use equipment if the piece next to it is in use > Wipe down equipment after each use. > Be mindful of others and limit your session to 1 hour especially during peak times Unfortunately we’re not able to offer Group Fitness classes due to the restrictions that currently apply, but we’ll regularly assess this and update you of any changes. Thank you all for your support and great to have the doors open again! Let's do this
