20.01.2022 I just had to share Sally’s amazing results. It’s not all about her body weight but her attitude and quality of life she has gained. This really made me smile and feel happy to be apart of Sally’s life. Just wow. Sally got more tattoos as she became confident in her body. Interesting what happens when you discover you Her story - I jumped on the scales this morning to register a reading of 52.7 kg - this is a massive 28.3 kg lost since starting this journey in April 2018! ... I honestly can't remember the last time I weighed this little. Not even in high school. The difference being here I am the healthiest, fittest and strongest I have ever been. I am not in a toxic relationship with the need to be skinny and I am not fixated on the numbers that show up on the scale. They are just a bonus. I have a good understanding now of how to eat the right food with a rigorous training schedule to achieve my goals. Food is not the enemy, the scales aren't the most important factor, and your transformation is not limited to your physical appearance, your mind is just as important! Anything is possible when you have the determination to strive for your goals. Just remember that your journey is your own and not to compare yourself to others. Rather be inspired by what is possible. Great things do take time and will come to not those who wait but those who take consistent action to make them happen!

This program is going to be healthy eating, you don’t starve or do without on my detox diet. Rather it feeds your body the nutrition it needs. 12.01.2022 We are experiencing a ‘global emergency’. No one really knows what will emerge. You cannot see the butterfly from within the cocoon. If you break a cocoon open too early you only find mush. There is no half-way state, no butterpiller or catterfly. Wellness can be just as contagious as illness and our greatest hope is to spark a wellness pandemic that will help us become 'positively well' and realise worldwide wellness. Today we must focus on living, enjoying the beauty around... us. Appreciate our loved ones and find pleasure in the simple things of life. Don’t look at this time of isolation as negative but find your purpose in that moment. Remember your fun times, turn on music and dance, phone friends, actually talk rather than text message. Explore FaceTime to see each other. I love this as I get to see my grand children and watch them grow through separated time. Walk in nature, go to the mountains it will lift your spirit. Study trees and their beauty. Home cook, baking is always nicer from the oven. Move your body to keep active. The current ‘emergency’, is sure to transform us. I believe it will transform us to take time, focus of what really matters, live a simpler life and enjoy Mother Nature rather than hurting her. I know I’ve been having many thoughts, some negative. It’s normal we are human. But inside us our soul is capable of so much more. I want to continually come from a space of love and not fear. Again a challenge for me. I’m avoiding as much news and negativity as possible. The fear only really grips me when I have to leave the home. Being conscious of covid 19 and being careful to not become infected. Together we can rise above all the fear, we desperately need each other. Human connection keeps us alive. Everyday I pray for you all. I will continue for the rest of my life. 09.01.2022 As we know a healthy life is not only about what we put in our body but rather about or thoughts and emotions. This is a small writing for my book I thought I’d share as so many people struggle to feel normal. How often have you thought these words ‘I just want to be normal’ What is normal?... Is it the way you act? Think? Look? Have you ever thought? It’s doing what you have learnt to do from birth? Behaving in a way that is society taught I believe we get so caught up in the mystery of trying to be normal. Living a life with anxiety and panic I often found myself crying out to be normal There is a perception ‘To be normal’ It’s not even real Normal, if you want to use that word it is different for everyone Maybe you should focus on who is ‘Your normal’ Our subconscious has learnt behaviours and patterns for most of our life. This is where we action our choices in life So next time you think about being normal Don’t allow it to control you You are normal in who you are In fact do not give power by using or thinking that word. Who you are has always been there This is your normal You have just had a life of outside influence That judges Tries to correct Make you be who you are not This realisation will help you to release Old beliefs that are not of you But rather sit with yourself And learn who you are Without the outside noise.
