Prepare a few lunches in advance, Dressing at bot...tom, 2 tablespoon of vegetable pulp (by-product from veggy juice) cooked diced egg, cucumber, radish, fetta cheese and top up with fresh lettuce, sprouts etc. Turn upside down when ready to eat, let the dressing drizzel over the greens then turn it back up and eat it out of the jar or serve on a plate. Take regular silverware and nothing to throw away. The salads stay fresh in the fridge for one week. This is a great solution to prepare during Dr. Ts 3-week detox. 14.01.2022 Mind Full or Mindful? Are you always running on autopilot, trying to get everything done at once? Your mind is so full somedays, you arent sure where to start! Mindfulness is simply being aware of something, being aware of your thoughts, accepting without judgement or being aware of what you are presently doing. Anyone can do mindful practice! If you are having a coffee and toast in the morning, for example, just bring your awareness to that, notice your body too, feel your breath. Be aware of your hand taking the food to your mouth, biting the toast, sipping the coffee, the texture, focusing on the nourishment for your body. Its like a form of meditation and presents many health benefits. Mindfulness is an excellent tool to use to help you toward a healthy path!

One of the tools that can be used to help you in your Mindfulness is your Breathing. When you are being Mindful, notice your Breathing, take long slow breaths. This helps slow the moment and keep you focused, your mind may wander, acknowledge that and just bring yourself back to your Mindfulness and Breathing. Being Mindful of your healthy eating plan for the week helps steer you toward simplifying that plan. Firstly work out what realistically works for you. Find recipes that are simple enough for you, make a list of ingredients, make sure you have the right containers to store your meals, choose a day that suits you best to cook up a storm..maybe a Sunday and a Wednesday night! Add some raw ingredients to your meals too, this can be done quickly the night before and adds much needed nutrition. When you practise Mindfulness and include it in your daily life you will feel happier, more fulfilled and better able to handle anything that life throws at you. Remember to pay attention to your present moment, you can even try doing the dishes mindfully or driving to a destination mindfully rather than being on autopilot. Be completely engaged in your here and now and reap the benefits!

07.01.2022 Have you settled back into the everyday rhythm yet? The holidays are finally over, Christmas, new year, school holidays and before we could catch our breath, Australia Day was here to celebrate!! Dont get me wrong, its been great but now we have a chance to refocus for our year ahead. I dont know about you but until all that is behind me I find it really hard to arrange my life back to a focus of calm and routine. This is the time now to look back to our New Year intentions and put in place what we want to achieve!
