20.01.2022 To all our patients we are providing an update regards attending our clinics. * As an essential service, we have remained open throughout this pandemic and are still fully open. *We have always had a high level of hygiene standards and that has continued. ... *We can reassure our patients that we comply with all the standards recommended on hygiene. *When you attend the clinics all you need to do is wash your hands with provided hand wash and maintain social distancing. *if you are unwell or have any of the following symptoms please call to reschedule your appointment (fever, runny nose, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath) You will still be very warmly welcome with a smile and we look forward to looking after you when you arrive.

12.01.2022 CORONA VIRUS UPDATE Due to the northern suburbs cluster of 17 locally transmitted cases, we have decided to enact the first stage of our Covid-19 Management Pla...n. This means: -You can still come into the clinic without calling at the stage, but will be asked to sit in the reception area while a nurse and a vet complete your pets examination. -At the end of the examination, we will call you in to discuss your pets care and treatment. -We ask that you be vigilant with hand sanitization and social distancing. -We will happily accommodate anyone who wishes not to be present in the clinic, please phone us from your car and we will make arrangements from here. -As always, if you are unwell please avoid presenting for an appointment. Thankyou to everyone for your help and understanding in our bid to keep our community safe.
