Kids Gummies Hot Chocolate Pots & Chocolate Bark with nuts & Cranberries Today a start to some gifts for the bath lover.... So easy.... 1 cup epsom salts Add coloring if you please or some botanicals for texture and then 5 to 10 drops of your fave essential oil I used balance for this but other combinations that may be nice would be lavender peace, or, lime & patchouli Be careful with hot oils (like herb types) as they can be a bit warm on the body. I would suggest using some carrier oil on top of the salts if you go there and less is more.... always test first to avoid a burning ring (or other sensitive) areas of fire

This year I was a great mum, learned a lot about low tox living and started implementing ideas My biggest challenges/hurdles was usually something around the kids, what doesnt kill you makes you stronger. My body had several injuries this year and slow to heal. But I pushed through My new year promise to myself. Focus on improving my weight.... centr app, ww, tiffxo Focus in continuing to improve my knowledge of low tox living.... doterra business, research, sharing ideas with my lovely friends. Potential challenge... additional day of work, boys in 3 schools location challenges and life being life.... remain focused, positive mindfulness. What about you???

04.01.2022 We have received 12 calls about heat stressed possums before 9am today. Heres some tips how you can help these animals. Do not leave them outside in the heat i...f they are on the ground. Place a towel over them and gently lift them into a box or cage with a towel on the bottom. Take it inside into a cool, dark, quiet room. In an hour offer it a bowl of water or electrolytes by placing some in a shallow flat bottomed dish to avoid them tipping it over. Place sliced apple, pear, grapes next to its face. Add a dish of apple sauce which will give it energy. When it cools off tonight and its dark, return the possum to a shrub near where you found it. Thanks for helping them. See more

What are you doing to take care of you today? My focus today has been on feeding my body healthy food and drinking water.... Im not very good at getting my 2L in usually. So thats my mini goal for this week. I use the free app.... plant nanny.... it helps you work out how much water your body should have and each time you drink some water, you water your plant and it grows.
