14.01.2022 Soap Nuts: Mother Natures Gift Soap nuts naturally replace your chemical-filled laundry detergent. ... 100% Eco-Friendly Biodegradable - Non-Allergenic Antibacterial Non-Toxic Economical Anti Microbial Plastic Free - Compostable Packaging - Great for Eczema Sufferers Soap nuts are the seed pod of a berry from the Sapindus Mukorossi or soap nut tree, which is cracked open and dried in the sun, producing a sticky, dark golden shell. These shells known as soap nuts can be placed into the washing machine instead of detergent and fabric softener and will leave clothes soft and without a scent. The pods contain a very high percentage of saponins (Mother Natures soap) a surfactant which removes dirt and oils from clothing when in contact with water. Soap nuts can also be boiled into a liquid concentrate and used as a general-purpose cleaner. Laundry Top loader: Place 4 soap nuts into small wash bag provided and put into washing machine with your load. These can be used up to 6 times then thrown into compost. Front loader: Place 10 whole soap nuts in 1 litre of water and bring to boil. Simmer on lowest heat for 20 mins then strain the liquid concentrate through a cloth and use this liquid in the front loader draw. This liquid concentrate can also be used as a multi-purpose cleaner, just add to a spray bottle. Theres no need to remove soap nuts during the rinse cycle as there is no harmful or irritating residue left over. In fact, most people choose not to use the rinse cycle at all, further reducing both energy and water consumption. A few drops of your favourite essential oils can be added to the wash bag if you desire a scent. $16 per 250g bag Approximately 100 washes

07.01.2022 Hello Everyone, Iv been crazy busy with Uni and exams but Im now finally finished for the year. So now that I have time Id like to introduce you all to the Solid Shampoo Bars Iv been making for the past few months. I use only organic and natural ingredients and have had amazing reviews and feedback from people who have already tried them. Unfortunately commercial hair care products contain waxes, silicones and other additives...and not to mention petrolchemicals argh Its th...ese toxic chemicals we must eliminate from our lives. These bars are great for treating dandruff and itchy scalps, they add volume and bounce to fine and oily hair, they add softness and shine and they make hair stronger and healthier. They are suitable for coloured hair, are vegan friendly and are great for travelling as they are light weight, a compact size and cant spill in your suitcase. Theres no need to use conditioner either as these bars are moisturising. They last longer than liquid shampoo making them extremely cost effective. As you all know eliminating plastic is one of my lifes passions so once you use these awesome shampoo bars you are cutting out 2 plastic bottles immediately. Win Win!! I also make Pet Shampoo Bars. Feedback has been awesome with people saying their dogs coats are shiner, they smell amazing and because its all completely organic and natural ingredients theres nothing in it to make them itch.
