24.01.2022 Evening Training Group - Starts this Wednesday @ 7.30pm Due to the request of some clients we are going to be running a 7.30pm training group as a trial for the month of July. The session is open to both men and women so if you want to send your partner or friends along they are more than welcome to join in. The classes will be a mixture of cardio, weights and boxing and will run for an hour so come prepared for a very solid session!...
