25.01.2022 Weight loss tips Today we live in a world of overeating. Did you notice the size of the cakes, burgers, drinks, meal in the restaurant and even the size of the plates of your dinnerware?? It is very easy to eat too big portions if you don’t pay attention! ... Here are few tips I use everyday to stay in control of my portions. This way, I can eat everything I want, in small quantities: - Use a smaller plate - When going out, share your food, eat only half of it (or ask to take the leftovers home). Order an entree size. - Divide in half the food you buy at the shops/takeaway - only put out a reasonable plate full when serving food & don't go back for seconds! - serve deserts in small bowls and eat with a teaspoon! . . #smartnutritionnoosa #healthyweightloss #weightlossnoosa #healthcoach #healthcoaching #MindandBodyTransformationChallenge

Let me explain why weights are EXACTLY what you should be doing!!! Weight-lifting brings tangible results and is hugely satisfying. The are so many important reasons you should add strength training to your week. Here are just a few. Many people think slogging it out on a cardio machine or pounding the pavements are the keys to fa...t loss, but won’t build muscle, why is that important!? Keep reading... By adding weight training to your week you build lean muscle, and muscle is a metabolically active tissue where carbohydrates and body fat are burned and used as energy. The more muscle you have, the higher your basal metabolic rate, so the more calories you’ll burn over the course of a day. Weight training also has a positive impact on bone densityWeight training not only strengthens muscles but also increases bone density. This reduces the risk of fractures and broken bones. It also builds stronger connective tissues and increases joint stability which, as a result, helps prevent injury.and therefore decreases the chances of women and men developing osteoporosis later on in life. Every time you work out with weights, you become stronger, and so next time you’ll be able to lift more, which is both incredibly satisfying and motivating. Unlike fat loss, which takes a lot of time and patience, strength in the gym can increase on a week-by-week basis, Especially in the first five to six months of training. Everyone wants to look toned and sculpted, and weight training is the way to achieve this. Not pounding the pavement- however it’ll also will improve your abilities in other sports. Unlike men, women typically don’t gain size from strength training. This is due to levels of testosterone women have compared to men. Because of this, women will develop muscle tone and definition without the size. Having a solid strength base helps improve many other elements of athleticism, including power, speed, agility, endurance and muscle mass gains. Strength training will help the body adapt to the forces it will face during sport and through everyday life.
