You may have noticed our branding of the Children’s Health Study (CHS) has changed to the Healthy Starts Program... and this is why The studies have been done and the results are in on 250,000 kids worldwide, (Thankyou to those families for participating) and the results speak for themselves! So many gains made, so mant lives impacted! 10.01.2022 REAL RAW TO THE POINT I’ll continue to bang on about the importance of fruits & veg in our diets until my last breath because I believe that it’s pretty ...freaking important to show awareness around it. We are conditioned to believe a whole bunch of BS about our food & healthcare industry - the healthcare which is predominantly run by the pharmaceutical industry. It’s all $$$ NOT what’s is actually best for cellular growth & repair... Are you aware that drugs that can help cure diseases & cancers aren’t being approved or they make it financially impossible for people to access because there is more in keeping people sick!!! How F’d up is THAT! 90% of our supermarket isles are full of CRAP. C arbonated Drinks R efined Sugars A rtificial Foods P rocessed Foods Are you providing your body with the fuel it needs to thrive or are you mostly eating foods that in time will cause you more damage than today you might actually realise? We have control of our health by the choices we make to care for our body. From the inside out. Nobody else but ourselves. I encourage you to get more of mother nature’s plant based goodness in your diet - which in turn aids in reducing high cholesterol, high blood pressure, inflammation throughout the body, illnesses, diseases ect. We all live such fast paced busy lives, I GET that it’s HARD most days to get the recommended amount of 9/12 serves of fresh/raw fruit & veg into our diets every single day. I just found a powerful way to bridge that gap & I’m PROUD to share that with all of you because the results people are getting globally, (including my own transformation in my health) is all the proof I need. . Not the hands of the drug & chemically brainwashing healthcare system we rely on for when things turn to shit for us because we weren’t looking after ourselves in the first place. I’m not perfect by any means but I do have peace of mind knowing that the days I can’t be perfect in my decisions of the foods my son & I eat, we are always getting a powerful dose of nutrition in our diet every single day. My once struggling & bug catching immune system thanks me for that because now it’s rock solid & fights off the bugs faster than ever before. . . If nothing changes.. nothing changes. Sounds ridiculous right? #TrueStory It affects our brain the same way as any other drug which is why humans are so freaking addicted to it yet unaware of the damage it’s causing. Cutting out packaged foods that are full of refined sugars and replacing traditional cooking sugars with honey, pure maple syrup, rice malt syrup and dates will mean you will still get the sweetness, plus you'll get ...the other benefits that these foods offer. 02.01.2022 HEALTHY BREAKFASTS! Vanilla Chia Pudding with homemade blueberry jam - got my lil man in the kitchen to help create this beauty and we devoured it! Ingredients:... 1 cup coconut or almond milk 4 tbsp white chia seeds tsp vanilla extract Tbsp fresh orange juice (add zest if you like) Maple syrup, raw honey or rice malt to taste Mix together well and transfer to serving jars. Refrigerate Jam 1 1/2 cups preferred frozen berries 1 Tbsp fresh orange juice 2 tbsp water, as needed Maple syrup or raw honey to taste 1 tbsp chia seeds Simmer until it thickens. Allow to cool before layering on set puddings! ENJOY!
