14.01.2022 Why is a mentor so important for the success of this program Being a mentee turned mentor, I have been through this program to understand that weight loss is as much physical as it is mental. This program gives amazing results. Of course its because of the meal plans and the nutrition routine, but also because it has a mentoring program attached to it which is for FREE... Yes you heard that right ...... MENTOR COMES FOR FREE WITH THE PROGRAM What role does a mentor play: They support you 1:1 during the program. Makes sure you are on track with your weight loss goals. Makes sure you know how to go ahead with meal plans, add in recipe pages so you have lot of options during the program. You are not deviating from the plan and eating correctly. Keeps you accountable to make sure you don't fall off track. Makes sure you're progressing correctly on a daily basis. Keeps your morale high and keeps it real. Clears your doubts if you have any queries. Thus, staying in touch with your mentor is of utmost importance because they will make sure you get the most out of this program.
