We will be trading as per usual this Easter weekend to ensure you guys don't run out of carrots! Our trading hours are from 6AM - 12PM at Brisbane Markets. We will also be running our Click-and-Collect and Delivery service, however details have changed for these services, please read through the details below! Changes to Click-and-Collect ... 1. C&C location has now changed to pick-up from the market! 2. Times for pick-up are now 12PM - 2PM Changes to Delivery 1. Delivery times will now be Saturday 1PM - 4PM 2. If you select Contactless (no need to meet us at the door, go ahead and continue your Easter egg hunt) for method of delivery, a full-prepayment via PayPal, PayID or BeemIt is required. Please note, we are unable to offer EFTPOS for Contactless, but we can for Face-to-Face deliveries Changes to order submission Orders now must be in by Saturday 8AM, this is to ensure our team have ample time to pack your orders and deliver your produce on time Opting In & Opting Out 1. We've received a number of queries in regards to our previous post, and will be addressing those queries below in this post! FAQ's... Q) How much will I be paying for my produce? A) Price List will be sent out on Friday. For both Delivery and C&C, you will be paying the same price found at our Saturday Markets, meaning you will not miss out on any deals and can order from the comfort of your home. Q) Can you deliver to my suburb? A) We are currently only delivering within a 7km radius of Rocklea. If we however do not offer delivery to your area, you can opt-in for our C&C service instead. Q) Is it possible to get contactless delivery? A) We currently offer 2 different types of delivery, face to face and contactless. Contactless delivery will require 100% prepayment. Q) What if I didn't receive an email for the forms? A) Make sure to check your junk/spam folders in your email to make sure it has not been sent there. If you still cannot find your email, please send us a message via Facebook Messenger and we will be in contact. Q) Do you guys take cash? A) With the current situation regarding COVID-19, we are unable to offer cash payments. This is for the safety of our customers and team. Q) Do I need to fill out the expression of interest form?
