21.01.2022 There’s a new kid on the Emergency WA block! DFES and the Department of Health (HealthyWA) have partnered to customise the Emergency WA website (www.emergency.w...a.gov.au) to include map-based ‘human pandemic’ warnings if they’re needed. The website is now equipped to show localised outbreaks of COVID-19 and provide targeted information to communities impacted. While we hopefully don’t have to use it, this enhancement is part of the WA Government preparation for potential outbreaks of COVID-19 in WA. To help keep the community safe, remember to: Practise good hygiene and wash your hands regularly. Maintain a physical distance from others where possible. Stay home if you’re sick. If you’re experiencing symptoms, get tested immediately. Stay home and self-isolate if you are waiting for your test results.
