23.01.2022 Being apart of a community that inspires one another, believes in you even when you don't believe in yourself and has your back is what this community is all about and I get to experience this, since collobrating with the @thehseofficial almost 2 years ago. . At the moment I am doing a 25 day business challenge, learning from some of the best, where we are growing and evolving. I have gotten so much from it and its only day 7. We connect virtually from all over the world and ...I love that I get to have so much support in my business and be surrounded by people who just get you and you are accepted for you, wither you do a little or a lot. . We are a like minded community, who are all have a desire to create a dream business and lifestyle. I honestly love having this platform apart of my brand @healthywithhems . At the start I said no to this for a long time and that I thought I didn't need this community, but I was so wrong. 06.01.2022 WHY MINDSET IS IMPORTANT. . Mindset according to the google definition is a set of attitudes held by someone. . I'm going to share my insights through my experiences and study in NLP ( Nuero Linguistic Programming ) as to why I believe mindset is important when making change and wanting to achieve a goal.... . Attitudes are formed through our beliefs and what we believe to be true. The beliefs become thoughts, that produce emotions, to then becoming actions and these actions form habits and your reality. . We take on beliefs and give things negative or positive meaning from the ages of 0 to 7 years. Our brain absorbs the most during this period and our hard wiring is conditioned the most and is made up of what & who we were most influenced by. This is referred to as "your model of the world". . Habits are formed through our model of the world and these habits don't necessarily serve what we want and naturally become subconscious patterns, we do by default. The subconscious mind is responsible for 95% of what we do daily and runs on auto pilot, without us having to consciously think about. . The good news is you can let go of beliefs & habits that are not serving you, your higher goal or purpose by first becoming consciously aware of what is going on in your mind and then getting a clear understanding of what you want to change. .
