22.01.2022 Happy Monday and welcome to our latest SUCCESS story! Have a read, this is a great tale, with a terrific outcome! This ADF couple in their mid-late 40's came to us in Nov last year with a proclamation from the female Major: "We want to buy our own home in Canberra and we are not interested in building! Do you think Axon can help us?"... Throughout long and very successful military careers, they had bought a property before. Her LtCol husband was in Hawaii at the time, so we set some time aside a couple of weeks later to do a 2-hour coaching session and discuss the pros and cons of what they had in their head as the best COA to adopt... needless to say, they ended up building a premium, brand new investment property in a master-planned estate in SEQLD. Take a look at the photos! Now, check out these very impressive stats: * Property: $538,800 (bank valuation on contract price!) * Contract end date: 4/10/20 (yes, that is still in the future!) * Practical completion: 31/7/20 (2 months early!) * Key handover: 24/8/20 * Tenants found: 29/8/20 (5 days!) * Rent received: $490pw (great for cashflow!) It's little wonder this amazing couple are more than stoked with the outcome. To buy this same property in Canberra would have been ~$300K more... in the sticks! The looks on their faces during the numerous Facetime calls we did throughout the build are priceless and their personal messages of thanks and gratefulness to the whole team are THE reason Axon exists. We are all sooo bloody happy for them :) We shall get together in the next week or so to plan their next wealth creation move - stay tuned! 20.01.2022 Happy Saturday and welcome to our latest SUCCESS STORY! I have included more info for this one... read on :) This ADF member came to us in Nov 2019, wanting to get started to buy his first property (I have included his actual notes from his profile, image attached). He had been smart with his money and had around $70K to use. He was posted to Wodonga and realised that using that hard-earned and hard-saved money was not well spent there. Good call! ... So we put together a low-risk and feasible strategy... we project-managed the whole process for him to acquire a brand new investment property in one of SEQLD's fastest-growing regions! Take a look at the outcome: * Property: $490K (fixed price, FULL turn-key) * Rent received: $470pw (great for cashflow) * Build contract end date: 6/10/20 (yes, that is still in the future...) * Practical Completion reached: 5/8/20 (2 months EARLY!) * Key handover: 24/8/20 * Tenants found: 29/8/20 (5 days to find a tenant...) The proud owner of this property has never physically seen the location, nor has he seen the property. Of course we have done Facetime calls with him during the build, however, it has all been via elec means only. During his end of build coaching session this week, he told us that he finally feels as if it's real... as money from the rent hit his bank account for the first time! Now he has felt for the first time that someone else is now paying the mortgage and all of the costs.
