They have some wonderful teachers and both a full-time school and regular workshops and classes for all. There is an intensive workshop coming up on the 18th and 19th of this month which I will be teaching at. I will be sharing some more content soon about some exciting collaborations but for now...... I felt more loose in my hips in tap last night after doing the exercises again before hand! Felt a lot lighter and freer which meant for a better nights sleep!! Not as tight and tense! I felt released and less pain’ I noticed that I feel lighter on the side I did the exercise on I had terrible shoulders and it felt a lot better on that side to the point i could even/notice the tension in there more on the side we haven’t done yet More blood flow It felt like i was sinking in the water and I felt taller The whole side feels softer and flowy and my shoulder feels much more relaxed Feel like I can fly! Wow I have never felt better to be honest My ribs feel like they can expand easier when breathing When I am breathing it feels as if it is a balloon filling with air but really lightly My dance last night felt a lot less painful More arabesque was higher More room to breathe in the back, a much better sleep My back was great in pointe last night! I could lift my leg higher I felt a lot less tense when dancing Hardly any back pain at all I was able to move more with ease If students can achieve results like this from just ONE class, can you imagine what 5 days of personalised training will look like for your dancing? After releasing the blockages in her hips, Thinaya was able to raise her devloppe a la seconde and felt a major improvement in the flow of her movements!! My hips are more free and open Thinaya told us!... (They) just fell into place I didn’t have to force it... I feel that my hips ease into a longer line This is what we love to hear!!
