23.01.2022 After an incredible 2.5 days at the Hacking Health Queensland, Hearoes is thrilled to be announced the Hacking Health Winner @ eHealth Qld Expo 2018. It couldn't have been done without the help of Katia Grixti, Mitch Anderson, Steve Davis, John Young and Benjamin Colan. Very inspiring to see amazing people with different expertise coming together to solve real-world health challenges and developing innovative solutions with the focus on improving health outcomes. A big thank ...you to Paulette Oldfield, Jason Lowe, Courtney Hoey, Amanda Roosmalen, Peter Laurie, Mark Richards, Oakley Kwon, Angela Dahlke, Greg Moran, Annie Xu, eHealth Queensland and all the teams involved, along with the judges Cathy Ford, Sophie Dwyer, and Marek Kowalkiewicz for helping make this extraordinary event happen. Looking forward to releasing some amazing updates and features for Hearoes over the next few weeks. Watch this space!

22.01.2022 Amazing time in the San Francisco, CA, meeting with different Audiologists and organisations as well as private tours of Facebook (thanks Joel!) and Air BNB. We were very fortunate to spend time and present our latest version of Games 4 Hearoes to some very enthusiastic audiologist and speech pathologist from around the Bay area. Big thank you to Jessie and Steven from Hearing and Speech Center of Northern California who are wonderful people and made us feel very welcome, as ...well as provided very insightful ideas and suggestions. Great to meet some amazing people who are helping the industry and others receive the best from their hearing. To top off an amazing trip, caught up with Stephen Baxter and Mick L before dropping into Mozzeria, who not only create awesome pizzas, but it's operated by a deaf couple and the staff communicate by signing (including to their customers). I'm a bit rusty on my American Sign Language so it was great to practise. If you're in the area, I recommend checking it out.

22.01.2022 Another exciting concept which uses game notions to help those be aware of their surroundings. Pretty innovative!
