16.01.2022 Well all is good and a great improvement from the last visit . . Ira is also happy with the progress and finding her movements are freer and has cut back on the opioid pain killers. We are planning rehearsals and changing quite a lot of our gear . so will be selling a lot of our current equipment to fund a different system. Ira has also now settled on the Bass she will be using and is selling her hardly used upright Ned Steinberger . . all looking good . . I will put up some pics soon. 07.01.2022 Update on Ira’s progress. . . It has been great that we have found our old friend and wonderful osteopath . . since may his treatment has been therapy sessions , supplements and an exercise program. . ira has noticed that not only is her movement becoming a little better but over this last week she has been able to reduce some of her pain medication . . we have had a few run thru’s and feeling positive. . .
02.01.2022 Happy New Year to all our friends and followers . . we hope 2020 is the best ever for you all . . . we will be doing a private function fairly soon to test how the injuries stand up to a live gig . . . will get a clip to put up when we do . . Lets all have a great 2020.
