21.01.2022 Copper sure is pretty, but did you know high levels in your body can cause PMS and wreak havoc on your emotional health?! #copper #coppertoxicity #htma #pms #hairtest #nutrition #funcationalnutrition #testdontguess

21.01.2022 From all the team at Heart2Heart Nutrition, we wish you a magical Christmas!!

20.01.2022 Copper dysregulation symptoms are similar when the body experiences copper deficiency and cooper toxicity (excess). Copper starts out being freely available in the body but when it gets pushed into the tissues the body cannot utilise it adequately (think of being stranded on an island with no drinking water but being surrounded by water). This can develop due to an environmental exposure or an accumulation. Being in constant fight/flight wears down adrenal function (copper ac...ts as an excitotoxin) so when there is build up of copper the adrenals become over stimulated and exhausted. Copper build up leads to the liver not producing ceruloplasmin (a copper binding protein that transports) and allows it to become available. Without its excess copper becomes stored in soft tissue and creates a condition driven by copper deficiency. Confusing? Yes, but to clarify the more copper the body accumulates the more there is a potential for copper deficiency no longer useable or bioavailable. Leave it up to us to interpret your copper status and get a HTMA today. #htma #functionalnutrition #integrativemedicine #healthygut #guthealth #coppersymptoms #copperdysregulation

19.01.2022 Why we focus on minerals and use HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) with all clients! Our protocols are targeted, and results driven as we undertake Functional Testing to determine the body’s’ nutritional deficiencies, imbalances and toxicities after a full case history is taken. Our main priority is minerals.... No one has ever really stressed the importance of minerals and here are a few reasons why we are all about minerals. Vitamins are critical however without minerals they will not work. Our bodies do not make (synthesis) minerals. Minerals are required for both major and minor processes in the body. Minerals are essential to life. They are our spark plugs! Clients who have been trying to find answers for many years are very excited by what their HTMA tells them about their symptoms as everything they have been dealing with makes complete sense. It also explains a lot about their health history and more importantly they are then provided with a strong strategy if they are committed to moving forward and achieving their health goals. Are you ready to truly understand your biochemistry and work towards a solution for your health?

18.01.2022 So we talk a lot about HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) but do you know why it’s so important? 1. 90% of people suffer from mineral imbalances and deficiency. 2. 80-90% of health issues are due to mineral imbalances and deficiencies ... That’s a lot of people and a lot of imbalances!! A HTMA provides us with a true picture of what exactly is going on for you. With this picture we can then work to improve your: Energy throughout the day Mood and emotional stability Libido Digestion and absorption of nutrients Healthier skin, nails and hair Ability to handle stress Blood sugar levels Detoxification pathways eg liver If you have tried to address health issues using diet and lifestyle and haven’t been able to get the results you are looking for, maybe it's time to explore your minerals and HTMA. We have opened up bookings for November and would love to help Tap the link in our bio for more. Image via @caitlinandmeghanvisuals

18.01.2022 Wishing all of our friends, family and beautiful clients a magical 2021. May all your hopes and dreams come true! #happynewyear #2021 #freshstart #newyearsresolution #newyearnewyou

18.01.2022 DO YOU KNOW WHY MINERALS ARE SO IMPORTANT? Minerals are needed to make your vitamins work. Minerals are needed for all your hormones. Our bodies do not synthesize minerals, they need to be provided in the diet and absorbed well!... They are needed for major and minor processes in the body. They run our biochemistry! Minerals are essential to life. Without them there is no spark and therefore no life. Minerals are your body’s’ foundations. They need to be strong! When a health symptom arises, we look at the root cause and investigate which part of the foundation needs addressing. Make sense? No point trying to correct anything else until we have the foundations back in balance and vital. Have you had your minerals tested? #heart2heart #nutrition #minerals #HTMA #Nutritionists #functionaltesting #health #wellness #healthyliving #cleaneating #testdontguess #naturalhealth #sydneynutritionist #getyoursparkback #naturalmedicine #livewell

18.01.2022 Signs and Symptoms Your Liver Needs Love: 1. Sleepless nights 2. Hormonal Imbalances 3. You are constipated 4. Weight issues (gaining weight and losing weight)... 5. You have thyroid issues 6. You have digestive or acne issues #loveyourliver #guthealth #detox #liver #liverhealth #htma #integrativemedicine #feelgood

18.01.2022 Arh we absolutely this! From our experience in clinic and from our studies with minerals and HTMA those who have copper toxicity find it very hard to speak and act kindly to themselves. Minerals drive a lot of the bodies emotions. Perhaps you know someone who is really hard on themselves?... Maybe you could gently nudge them to be screened for a copper imbalance. Stay tuned, talking a lot about copper very soon. Heartfelt hugs 2

17.01.2022 Meet Georgie She has been burning the candle at both ends, juggling a busy life, never slowing down. She has been like this for some years now. ... She continues to push herself without balancing with time for herself and healing. Eventually it must take its toll. She often brushes it off, thinking it is normal to have certain signs and symptoms (Except it’s not) So, what are the signs and symptoms of adrenal fatigue that your body is letting you know that something needs to change. Tiredness/fatigue/exhaustion Mood swings/Depression/Anxiety Poor sleep or insomnia Poor digestion Sugar cravings Thyroid issues Flu symptoms Caffeine either leaves you jittery or doesn’t work anymore Weight gain that’s hard to shift Inability to handle stress We must mention that every person is unique. Some people may have some of these symptoms, but not others. Adrenal fatigue manifests in different ways for different people. If you or someone you know, can identify with some of the above signs and symptoms, we at Heart2Heart Nutrition, have targeted functional testing to help you reach optimal health. Get in touch today! www.heart2heartnutrition.com.au

17.01.2022 What is one key thing you can do to help balance your hormones? Stop being busy! As Mums we are constantly juggling kids, partners, activities, work, and home commitments. ... Yes, we have heard it before, some people love being busy. Some see it as a sign of importance or how successful they are. We thought this for a long time too! Being busy is a decision we get to make. Busyness breeds more busyness until it can spiral out of control and affect your health. Here is a challenge to you Strive for one day where you have time to do very little? At least for an hour. It may be that you sit outside and listen to sounds around you. Maybe you leave your phone on aeroplane mode until after breakfast. Being busy will often raise your cortisol levels (hello adrenals) and this can affect your progesterone. Progesterone is key for many functions in our body and slowly declines as we age. We strongly recommend slowing down. How easy is this for your hormones and your health overall. If you are keen to take a look at your hormones, here is a great place to start: https://heart2heartnutrition.com.au/could-your-hormones-be/ .

16.01.2022 Let’s talk liver loving! On a daily basis your liver works hard so it’s important to show this amazing organ some love! The liver is the superstar of the body and helps filter toxins from our modern lifestyles.... Here are some ways you can your liver:- Minimise toxins and exposure in your water, food, air you breathe, your home and your self-care products. This includes byproducts of alcohol and medications, drugs. Food is medicine. So many foods can nourish your liver. Mostly wholefoods, preferably organic (so no pesticides), bioavailable proteins, carbohydrates, fats that are protective, vitamins and minerals. Bitter Foods and Herbs Dandelion, Nettle Tea, milk thistle, coffee (in moderation), ginger and some medicinal mushrooms e.g. Reishi Looking after your emotional health When copper is elevated (zinc is depleted) anger and frustration are emotions that are stored in the liver. Working on your mineral balancing with the HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) will bring your body back into balance, gently detoxify heavy metals. We love suggesting to clients to use castor oil packs. Using organic castor oil on a flannel and placed directly on the liver helps soothe inflammation and gives your liver some love Anything that increases bile flow and production will support your liver function. Consider sunflower lecithin in a smoothie. A happy colon is a happy liver. Here are some signs your liver needs some TLC Fatigue Poor Digestion Hormonal Imbalances Blood sugar dysregulation Cravings Sleep Issues and waking between 1-3am Low metabolism and a sluggish thyroid Hair, Skin and Nails not strong and vibrant If you feel like you have any of these symptoms get in touch We provide our clients with a gentle detoxification program that is as simple as adding a combination of drops to your daily water intake. For a more comprehensive detoxification approach we suggest working with us and your HTMA assessment. Spring is a great time to be proactive about your health in preparation for a gorgeous Summer season ahead. While you are here we can discuss your health strategy for the future and how we can work towards a preventative approach https://heart2heartnutrition.com.au/bookings/

15.01.2022 Hi everyone, I thought it was time for me to jump on here and introduce myself! I'm Bec and I am one half of Heart 2 Heart Nutrition which I run with my twin sister Rach. I live on Sydney's north shore with my husband and two beautiful daughters.... Random fact : Mornings are my anchor and I never miss a sunrise. Resets my circadian rhythm and so good for hormone health I have always been passionate about health and wellness and love nothing more than empowering clients to take back control of their health. Rach & I are both qualified Nutritionists and started Heart 2 Heart after our own struggles with chronic illness. We discovered a functional approach with a focus on the root cause is the best way to achieve real results. We focus on the 5 Pillars to Optimal Health - diet & food, mineral balancing, gut health, liver support and emotional health. I am so lucky I get to do what I love every day and am grateful for the wonderful clients I have worked with over the years. I can't wait to help you get your spark back!

14.01.2022 If you are feeling tired, wired and exhausted all the time, we can help you! Our unique functional testing can provide a step-by-step plan to bring your body into balance so you can achieve all your health goals! Adrenal dysfunction (often referred to as adrenal fatigue) is quite common in today’s modern world especially amongst women. ... It is characterised by cortisol levels that are either too high or too low and is commonly due to stress. Every kind of stress can cause adrenal fatigue: Environmental Stress: chemicals, pollution, toxins Emotional Stress: worry, panic, anger, and grief Physical Stress: Injury Blood sugar balance Messed up microbiome Dietary and Nutrient Deficiencies Common symptoms of adrenal dysfunction include: Low energy throughout the day Low thyroid function Depression Low libido Mental exhaustion Poor sleep Brain fog Mood swings PMS Sugar cravings Dependence on coffee When symptoms are ignored for an extended period or go by unchecked, it can disrupt other systems in the body like the immune system, hormone system and thyroid. If you are curious to find out how your adrenals are, make contact today!

14.01.2022 Do you crave sugar? We see this a lot in the clinic This craving often means several things: your adrenals are exhausted, your digestion is likely off, and you are not giving your body the proper amounts of good fats and proteins to sustain energy through the day. Protein and fat are both essential for balancing blood sugar, and most people are not getting enough of them. Plus, most people are dealing with low stomach acid and bile flow to help digest and utilize the...m properly. So tell us, what are you craving atm? #sugarhit #cravings #healthyeating #balance #nutrition #cleaneating #treats #functionalnutrition

14.01.2022 We see a lot of clients who presenting with gut symptoms all directly caused by copper dysregulation. If you have gut symptoms or recurring yeast infections, you may want to run a HTMA to check your heavy metal status and your copper. No amount of vitamins or a good diet will resolve this until you get on top of your metal toxicity and address the root cause.... When heavy metals and copper are present there is a magnetic attraction for bacterial overgrowth. When copper is bio-unavailable (not available to do its job) as an antifungal, antiparasitic or antibacterial this can cause havoc. There is no defence from the bad guys in the gut. Copper is then pushed into the tissues (not in the gut) leaving the body vulnerable for an onslaught of bacteria, yeast and parasites breeding happily in your gut. With copper high (toxic), zinc becomes depleted (antagonistic) and this leads to increased intestinal permeability (aka leaky gut lining) and a risk of more food intolerances. Copper also displaces calcium form the bone (and into tissues) which then slows down metabolism and key minerals sodium and potassium that usually provides robust stomach acid as a first line of defence and a protection against pathogens in the gut. It’s important to use both tests (HTMA and GI Map) to get the best indication of what is truly happening with the body’s biochemistry as its all inter-connected. #htma #nutrition #nutritionist #functionalnutrition #integrativemedicine #hairtest #copper #foodmedicine #hormonalhealtn

14.01.2022 Are you getting enough sleep? It’s so important to aim for 8 hours a night for so many reasons. 14.01.2022 Functional nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all discipline and is so much more than just meal plans! As Functional Nutritionists we use a holistic approach to healing, taking into account the whole person. The adrenals, liver and gut all need to be working better in order to heal completely .We use evidence-based testing to target your treatment protocol using tests such as HTMA, GI Complete Mapping and Dutch testing to uncover the root cause of your health issues. 13.01.2022 Often in clinic we speak to clients who are suffering with hair loss. There are many reasons why hair loss may be a symptom for you. Often it can occur around hormonal shifts and when you are stressed. When you are under any stress, high cortisol can push your hair follicles out of a GROWTH phase and into a SHED phase.... Here are some top tips for fixing hair loss: Increase the amount of protein in your diet. Often clients do not have proper digestion to assimilate protein. Collagen and gelatine are great sources to help with hair growth. One of the most common issues that is associated with hair loss is an under-active thyroid. Many people chose to just focus on the thyroid but we need to support the adrenals, hypothalamus and the pituitary glands, as well as detox pathways that include the liver, lymph and colon. Our HTMA testing can identify how each of these areas may be affected and we can provide strategies on how best to support. Increase stomach acid production. We need protein to keep our hair healthy, and we need stomach acid to digest protein. Things like apple cider vinegar, HCL, fermented foods, lemon, gelatine all help increase stomach acid and therefore digestion. Stress reduction exercises like yoga and meditation are key! Massage your scalp. Stimulate it and give your hair follicles some love. Look into your hair care products are they natural or organic with minimal ingredients? If you know someone with hair loss, please share! We would love to help!

13.01.2022 Reminder: your health is your wealth Don’t feel guilty for making it a priority!

12.01.2022 Some Monday motivation ladies! Let’s get this, one step at a time

11.01.2022 Copper dysregulation can cause so many issues for ones’ health and often it is the one thing that people just never ever consider (we keep trying to get this message out there)! Here are a few ways copper can cause havoc -Hormonal birth control pill... -Other Medications -Drinking water from copper pipes (in old properties) -Copper IUD and hormone replacement therapy -Your mother passed to you as a child in utero -Diets high in legumes, processed foods (what vegetarians tend to eat) Copper impacts adrenaline by raising sodium and this can cause anxiety and insomnia This will affect cellular cells, the mitochondria leading to extreme exhaustion. Having excess copper also increases estrogen production leading to hormone imbalance -Stress plays a role. When we experience acute or chronic stress, we lose two of our big minerals needed to calm the body- magnesium and zinc. Depleted zinc levels push up copper (antagonistic) which affects the body both physically and psychologically This elevated copper pushes potassium down and causes calcium to rise and both minerals are involved in slowing down thyroid function (we are seeing a lot of hypothyroid in clinic) -When copper is not utilised properly in the body the protection against fungal infection is increased. This is the leading cause of yeast infections and candida (including systemic) and the accumulation of heavy metals namely mercury. A HTMA screen can indicate if your body is dealing with this so we can address the root cause of your symptoms #htma #coppertoxicity #copper #hairtesting #functionalmedicine #integrativemedicine #hormonalhealth #estrogendominance

11.01.2022 As 2020 draws to a close, we are taking some time to reflect on the positives of the year and focus on our goals and plans for 2021. Have you made any resolutions yet? We would love to hear them!!

11.01.2022 How many times have you heard the words adrenal fatigue and the need to look after your adrenals?? Adrenal fatigue is the most common scenario we as Nutritionists see in our clinic. Modern living presents many opportunities for us but as a population it is taking its toll on our health, our bodies, and our longevity. ... We hear a similar story in clinic ,mainly with female clients burning the candle at both ends, I have a to do list that is a mile long, juggling kids to daycare/school/after school activities Often clients don’t even realise the extent of their tiredness. It can often take one of our functional tests (mainly the HTMA and Dutch test) to identify adrenal fatigue. Once it is identified, there is often a sense of relief and a need to take ownership of this. In the coming weeks, we will share with you: What is adrenal fatigue? What are the warning signs? How to truly identify if you have adrenal fatigue and the extent? What you can do about this? Some simple strategies on how you can give love back to your adrenals. Stay tuned all this information and more coming to our Heart2Heart Nutrition website soon! www.heart2heartnutriiton.com.au

10.01.2022 Looking for some simple swaps to keep healthy over the festive season? These are some of our favourite food swaps: Alcohol: Swap soft drinks for sparkling water with lemon and mint and swap sugar-laden alcoholic cocktails for red wine, or vodka/gin. Alternate with one glass of alcohol, one glass of sparkling mineral water. ... Chips: Swap potato for sweet potato or kale chips. Potatoes are high on the glycaemic index (GI). A good alternative is baked sweet potato packed with phytonutrients, antioxidants and lower in GI. Chocolate: Swap milk chocolate for dark chocolate Chocolate is usually a staple around Christmas time, whether it be in recipes or given as gifts. Choose dark chocolate over milk and white chocolate. It contains less calories and is higher in antioxidants and flavonoids. Sauces and dressings: Swap heavy dressings for something a little lighter Enjoy simple salad dressing made with lemon and olive oil or Greek yoghurt, olive oil, a squeeze of lemon and some Dijon mustard instead of creamy, rich dressings. Snacks: Swap crackers loaded with saturated fats and table salt for cut up celery sticks, carrots, cucumber alongside slices of pita bread with good quality hummus. Nuts: Swap salted nuts for raw nuts Nuts are a great protein and fat source which keeps you fuller for longer. Only have small portions and avoid roasted or salted. Let us know your favourite swaps below! #hairtest #healthygut #guthealthmatters #integrativenutrition #immunesupport #foodmedicine #antiinflammatorydiet #hormonalacne #hormonalhealth #nutritiontherapy

09.01.2022 We hear you!! You maybe be experiencing adrenal fatigue which is so common with the busy lives we all lead! You can support your adrenals by showing them some love:... grounding is a great (and easy) way to do this. All you need to do is walk barefoot on the grass or beach for 5-10 minutes. breathe- 4 counts in, 6 counts out. This will help reset your parasympathetic nervous system. We recommend setting an alarm and trying this for 3 minutes. get creative! Grab a paintbrush or your kids colouring in books. A few minutes of mindful colouring can be oh so therapeutic. music (and a little boogie) is a great way to escape for a few minutes and bring you back to the present. Slowing down is so important, so make sure you spend a few minutes each day unwinding so you can feel like you again

09.01.2022 HOW ARE YOUR MINERALS AFFECTED? There are many factors that may affect your delicate mineral foundations. Some of the most common we see in our clinic include: 1. Heavy Metals taking the place of deficient minerals.... As they have similar chemical structure, toxic heavy metals can be stored in tissue and organs and block the absorption of minerals. 2. Anti-nutrient Concept. Our body’s biochemistry is driven by complex ‘’inverse relationships between minerals. When one mineral (let’s say zinc) gets pushed down (low) its antagonist (copper) becomes elevated pushing you out of balance. 3. Emotional stress. Fear, worry and anger can be powerful factors in affecting our biochemsitry 4. Environmental stress. It’s easy to forget that exposure chemicals, pollution, toxins can wreak havoc on your body. A HTMA test is the best way to see how your minerals are tracking #heart2heart #nutrition #minerals #HTMA #Nutritionists #functionaltesting #health #wellness #healthyliving #cleaneating #testdontguess #naturalhealth #sydneynutritionist #getyoursparkback #naturalmedicine #livewell

09.01.2022 Let’s talk lymph! During Winter, our bodies can feel sluggish. Traditionally it’s a time where we hibernate and can be less active and our lymph system becomes more stagnant. The lymphatic system is the body’s drainage system and just like rubbish in your kitchen if you don’t take it out to the garbage disposal it starts to putrefy.... We often overlook our lymph system that can cause a lot of our symptoms and lead to chronic disease if not managed. Maybe you have: Sore and aching muscles (slower to recover) Brain Fog Fatigue Headaches Migraines Depression Insomnia Chronic Sinus Issues Allergies Acne Skin Conditions- dry and itchy Constipation Bloating and Feeling swollen Weight Gain Cellulite Pain and Aching Joints Always feeling cold or like you have the flu It’s important to take care of your lymphatic system! It’s the lymphatic system that is a key player in your immune system and your detoxification. Not having a pump like the heart that circulates blood YOU need to manage how well your lymphatic system works. Lymphatic dysfunction leads to inflammation and it is harder for toxins and metabolic waste bound to fat to be processed and eliminated. In our Clinic our goal is to improve the body’s efficiency. We ideally would want our clients to have maximum absorption of nutrients from their food and diet so they can convert this into energy for the body’s chemical processes. Most people (due to nutritional deficiencies, imbalances, and toxicities) don’t even have the energy to burn fuel let alone shift waste and as a result detoxification pathway become congested. When we run a HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) with every client and we see a lot of sluggish detoxification and slow metabolism. Minerals being out of balance are a key contributor. Poor absorption of minerals in the gut and (fat) lipid metabolism leads to a sluggish lymph system. A great starting point to see how efficient your body is running is to organise a HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) with us today. We recently uploaded a blog on the lymph system with strategies you can also do at home to shift those feelings of being sluggish before you embark on your mineral balancing health journey. https://heart2heartnutrition.com.au/lets-talk-lymph/ Get a kickstart on SPRING! If you want to feel free, alive, vibrant, and confident. It is important to LOVE your LYMPH! And Free your Fat!

08.01.2022 The term copper-head refers to someone who has a temper with explosive outbursts. Through our testing (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) we see more and more clients with copper issues. Copper you may ask?... @H2H we love talking about minerals, they are vital to your health. A few reasons copper can come into the mineral imbalance picture: (but, by no means the only reason) Long term zinc deficiency (low Zn pushes Cu up, you lose Zn when you are ‘busy’ or ‘stressed’) You have been drinking unfiltered water (in an old house with copper pipes) You were on the contraceptive pill for a long time, have a copper IUD or take medication Symptoms you may experience with copper toxicity: Anxiety, Mood swings, Anger, Paranoia, OCD, ADHD Cycle is heavy and irregular Brain Fog Gut Dysbiosis Candida Thyroid implications Skin Issues, acne The body only needs a little copper but when it becomes toxic; it may also become a deficiency. That’s confusing right? How do we know- we see the patterns in the HTMA This causes all sorts of issues!! Trust us, we know and when we work on correcting copper in a person’s body, they are a brand-NEW person. (excess copper stores in the tissues and organs (liver) and makes one very angry) Its so important to check your copper levels (HTMA is non-invasive) as it really is a common issue. Stay tuned for our blog very soon. Encourage your loved ones (particularly children) to get tested- they will be nicer people to hang around seriously!

07.01.2022 Following on from our last post. So what is adrenal fatigue? Your adrenal glands are two walnut-sized glands that sit on top of your kidneys. Despite their small size, they have an immensely powerful effect on your entire body and wellbeing. The adrenal glands secrete two main stress hormones, adrenaline, and cortisol.... Stress activates our flight or fight response to make our body stronger, faster if being chased by a sabre toothed tiger and quick thinking in the mind. For many, many people today, we live in a fast-paced modern world and our stress hormones are being secreted all day, every day activating our nervous system. Do you relate to this? Do you find yourself stressed about traffic, getting the kids to school on time, a stressful conversation with your partner, demands from your boss or trying to fit many things into your day? Unfortunately, our adrenals can’t tell the difference, so they pump out these stress hormones. They are trying to support you through this time. Over time our adrenals become dysfunctional and it starts to affect the other organs in your body. As women we are particularly affected by our adrenals as our reproductive hormones are extremely sensitive. Symptoms like PMS, high oestrogen and low progesterone, endometriosis and menopausal symptoms can all occur because of the state of our adrenals. Other health issues such as slow metabolism, low stomach acid, poor digestion are hugely influenced by how well our adrenals are functioning. Next time we will dive further into some other signs and symptoms and what if you don’t have all of these signs? Until then Happy Thursday!

07.01.2022 Can’t lose weight? Have you been told, it only about calories in, calories out and lots of exercise? 02.01.2022 Are you craving salty food? This is so common and there is likely a reason for this Sodium is one of the main electrolytes we burn through when we are under stress. This stress is primarily regulated by the adrenal glands and what we know as the HPA axis (connection between our brain and our adrenals). Salt cravings are a BIG sign that you need more high quality salt. ... Sea salt contains many of the major electrolytes, like sodium and potassium. Sodium is found outside the cell and potassium is found inside the cells. They need to be in good balance so they can have a strong cellular chargethat is energy! Most people have low tissue sodium and potassium on the HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) test. Low tissue sodium and potassium and low magnesium show that a person’s adrenals are weak and therefore they don’t have enough energy for cellular activity and energy for the body as a whole. Sea salt in moderation can help in avoiding electrolyte imbalance. Stick with unrefined sea salts we like iodised sea salt or celtic salt. Food sources high in potassium include coconut water, bananas and avocados. Fascinating, isn’t it?! Now tell us, what salty food do you crave the most?
