Meals will be frozen at this stage until we establish our client base and get a better under standing of what everyone is keen in. Mushroom Stroganoff with Quinoa and seasonal greens Sweet Potato Massaman Curry with Cauliflower rice and Broccoli ... Zucchini & Carrot Fritters (3 or 5) Lentil & Rainbow Chard Dahl with Carrot Zoodles Vegan Moussaka (eggplant, zucchini, TVP, plant based white sauce) Black bean meatballs with spicy sweet potato purée and zucchini zoodles Special Vegan Fried Brown Rice with Tofu Mediterranean Vegetable Gluten Free Seeded sandwich Mixed Thai Vegetables with Rice Noodles Sweet Potato & chick pea patties with cauliflower purée and sautéed greens Roasted Pumpkin mushroom & spinach GF pasta bake And please advise if you would like any additional protein added? We can cryovac the proteins and add them separately making your meal go even further.
