At this early stage, we are only going to be able to provide this service in Bellingen and Sawtell townships. 16.01.2022 Our organic bakery uses the traditional methods of hand shaping, sourdough natural leavening and wood-fired baking. We specialise in the use of a variety of grains and flours to produce high quality, healthy, handcrafted breads. Our breads are created free from commercial yeasts, dairy products, genetically modified ingredients or artificial additives. Our extra special ingredient is a little bit of in each loaf.

Due to the amount of interest we received we've decided next-day delivery is going to be the way to go just so nobody misses out. This is uncharted territory for us so thanks for your patience!...
