22.01.2022 Our founding visionary Reverend Joe Westlake had a desire to start a Christian school in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. Beginning with 38 students in 1982, we now have over 1,650 students across two campuses - Wow! "My prayer is that He who brought the College into existence may continue to guard it, and guide it into a future enhanced for His Glory." Rev. Joe Westlake. Although Rev. Joe will be sorely missed, his legacy will remain. Our Heathdale Christian College community offers our sincere condolences to Joe's family and friends. We grieve with you and lift you up in prayer for God's comfort and peace during this time.

We also want to celebrate that these fine young people will launch into the world with a strong sense of identity and purpose to pursue their God given gifts and talents. Congratulations to Ashlea, our Dux for 2017 with an ATAR of 95.65 - An outstanding effort. Well Done Ashlea! Congratulations also to Louise, who achieved a perfect study score of 50 in her Music Industry Studies. 06.01.2022 It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the loss of one of our parents Losaline Halapio, who lost her battle with cancer on Tuesday evening. Losaline and her family have an enormous faith in Christ and we know that Losaline is now with our God in Heaven. Praise God. You may know Losaline from her beautiful, happy smiling face and her hearty laugh that won over all of our hearts. Her faith was endless and strong, and she will be greatly missed by our community. Our condolences, thoughts, love and care are with Losaline’s family at this time, and we encourage you to pray with us as we ask God to provide peace and comfort for them. We know this may speak into other grief in your life. If this does so, our pastoral care team are available for information and advice by contacting the College.

03.01.2022 Our students are preparing to Stand Up for Little Lives this September. And you can help! For a whole day, on the last day of term, students will be ditching their furniture for a great cause. The goal is to raise $4000 for the Rehoboth Children's Home in the Phillipines. Heathdale has had a longstanding relationship with Rehoboth, and our students have a great heart for the kids there, leading many initiatives to help out the organisation over the years. This year is no d...ifferent. Even though we can't visit, our students wanted to stand alongside the kids at Rehoboth.
