22.01.2022 I am coming home!!! We start our 3 day drive back home today, taking it nice and slow on my poor ole knee. I saw the orthopedic yesterday who is happy with my progress so far however I still have a bit of swelling and have to wear my brace for another 4 weeks until my graph has taken hold. Which means it will still be taking it easy for me once I get home. The swelling is the concern I can not return back to work until that has come down. I see him again on the 20th of J...uly and should be able to return back to work after that appointment fingers crossed. I will still be in a brace so it will be quiet days at the beginning, I will discuss with my physio how to work them but we do have a plan that with big dogs they will be one when my partner is off and can help me maneuver them. He works at 12-9 so thats plenty of days to get through them. I will post those available days closer to when we start back to work. There are some appointments booked prior to the 20th I will have to sort out once I am home and comfortable. I apologize to anyone who I have inconvenienced I am doing my best to get back to work as soon as possible without compromising my surgery and disrupting my clients. Thank you. See more

18.01.2022 Hi everyone, I understand everyone's frustration in not being able to book in with me in the next couple of weeks as it always use to be. Unfortunately with my shorter hours I am going to book out quicker then usual and unable to squeeze people in last minute as I use to do. I am probably another 2-3 months working at shorter hours before I can return to full time, provided I do not over do it. I have no problems with people asking to be put on cancellation lists or even c...hecking the page periodically for cancellation spots as well. The best way to secure an appointment though is to book in advance. I feel very frustrated with myself when I receive messages that you can not get in, this is when I sneak dogs in and do more then I should and it has delayed my recovery. I understand if during these times you may have to go elsewhere and hope to see everyone back at the end of this. I am just as frustrated as everyone else but it is just how it has to look like at the moment. Please book in advance whenever you can. See more

10.01.2022 Hi everyone, the time has come and I am finally returning back to work. I am starting on Saturday the 25th this Saturday, I am easing my way back in as I have started sooner then I should be. I will still be in a brace for the next 2 weeks. I have changed my hours for the time being from 10-2 to limit the amount of dogs so I don't over do it. This of course means I will book out quickly. Also all large dog owners, I will only be doing large dogs when my partner is off work to help me. Current dates for large dogs are Aug 4th till the 12th. Once again thank you for your patience and understanding through this process. Will see you all soon.

05.01.2022 Hi everyone, thank you all so much for the wonderful messages. Surgery was done yesterday and I am already out of hospital YAY!!! The pain is a lot but bearable. Fortunately I did not need as much fixed as previously thought. My MCL did not need anything however the ACL and Meniscus (which is the one with long rehab) was fixed. I believe at this stage I am looking at a 6 week recovery time. I know I have apointments blocked for the next 4 weeks so be aware I may have t...o delay some. I am not going to change it right now as I see the surgeon in 3 weeks so will wait to adjust everything then. Upon recovery I will be taking it very slow and have changed my hours to 10-2 mon-fri except wed when I will on my surgery day. Any one requiring a weekend appointment please contact me directly and with enough notice. This is the plan for now however it may change to working only 9days every 12 when my partner is home to help me. These things I will know closer to time and further into my rehab. Keep in touch I will be updating here. I hope to be home in Dampier by end of month 29th i am aiming for. Thank you all xxx
