We... are seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to help support the growing business in a full time permanent position within the Maitland / Hunter Valley area. The Role The duties will include: Working on Trucks / Trailers and Plant / Mining Equipment Working in our workshop and on site Fault Finding / Repairs / Diagnostics Maintenance / Overhauls / Servicing Rotating on call roster To be successful in the role you must have: A current HR (heavy rigid) licence, or a HC (heavy combination) licence will be highly desirable Relevant trades qualifications, MVRIC licence Be able to maintain records Previous experience working on trucks & plant equipment Fleet experience highly desirable Sound mechanical knowledge Strong work ethic & positive attitude Must pass a drug & alcohol (including on site random testing) Have own transport & tooling Benefits: Flexible working conditions Great variety of work Work vehicle supplied to suitable applicant Attractive hourly rates
