17.01.2022 COVID UPDATE In light of the current restrictions coming into place as of midnight tonight Hedgegrove will need to shut our gates for the 6 day "circuit break". CAN WE COLLECT OUR PETS?... Yes, you or someone you nominate can come and collect your pet between now and 8pm tonight at latest. Please call or email beforehand WILL THE ANIMALS LEFT BE CARED FOR? Yes, two staff members plus the Site Manager will be living on site for the next 6 days minimum and will care for what remains. CAN WE STILL COLLECT/DROP OFF AFTER MIDNIGHT? No, animals left here after 8pm will need to stay for this period and no new arrivals will be permitted. Animals needing to stay longer than their original bookings will be charged a special COVID rate to compensate for the inconvenience. We appreciate all your understanding and patience during this difficult time. We will get through this together and quickly is we all play our parts. Stay Safe, Stay healthy, Stay Separate.

Each morning, 365 days of the year, the kennel and cattery crew do an amazing job keeping our accommodation clean and hygienic. - folding bedding... - refilling water bowls - disinfecting - rinsing - mopping - laundry - dishes - feeding - medicating - exercising - outside run cleaning - and repeat! Is just SOME of the dedicated crews morning duties to keep our facilities as illness and disease free as possible, ensure our guests are happy and healthy and to continue providing top quality care Passion is always a requirement when working with animals but it is not for the lazy that's for sure #morningrituals #squeakycleanroutine
