24.01.2022 Our health is made up of internal and external factors. What do you put INTO your body? Not just food and liquid...... What do you watch and listen to? How does it make you feel? Who do you hang out with? Do they lift you up and support you? Are you surrounded by technology? Can you switch it off at night and ground yourself during the day with fresh air and nature? What can you do today to nurture your body emotionally, spiritually and physically?

22.01.2022 I want to talk to you about abundance. The word "Abundance" is used... well, abundantly But I wonder how many people know, or remember, the basic principles... ... Firstly... You don't create abundance, you generate abundance What does this mean? You can change your energy to match a potential you'd like to attract, and create a field around you where you can begin to bring abundance to you.

For example, Abundant people are not lazy. They don't wait for things to happen to them in their life. In fact, they are self starters. They go out and make things happen. Abundant people are willing to fail and they are willing to make mistakes. They learn from their mistakes, modify their actions or behaviours so they can continuously improve and do a better job in life. So... What if you have a fear of failing? What if you have perfectionist tendencies? What if you find yourself procrastinating on the very things you know you need to take action on? 20.01.2022 How is your weekend going? With the help of my 7 yo (along with Frozen and Moana music - thank you Disney ) I spent the morning setting up our yoga props in my NEW SHELVES They had been a mess for so long, while I was making do with an old IKEA coffee table. Check out the difference!!... Feeling most pleased After and before pictured below... This is one of the nicest rooms in our house - the stained glass window, the feeling of the energy when you walk in, even the name... (it's "The Den" according to the house plans). Yet it has been wasted since we moved here over 5 years ago, with the yoga props and massage table taking up too much room. Now I can read in there, meditate, play with my oracle cards or crystals... I'm so excited!! And I laugh at myself that THIS is my favourite room! Actually, I love a good kitchen too! But I don't care about an entertainment room with surround sound, it would never get used! What's your favourite room? Is there one you'd love to transform?

19.01.2022 Tap Into your HEALTH... ALKALISING DETOX DRINK Before my daughter was born, I was a huge fan of the Alkaline Diet to minimise inflammation in the body. Since then I've done several juice cleanses (drinking only fruit & vegetable juice during the day and a nut milk in the evening) for up to 10 days, and always felt amazing afterwards. I don't feel ready right now to do another juice cleanse as I need to be fully present and grounded for my clients, so I'm taking a more gent...le approach by switching out grains for more veggies, nuts & seeds, and adding this alkalising drink before each main meal. Ingredients for ‘The Alkaliser’ detox drink: Lemons, Braggs Apple cider vinegar, Lakewood Cranberry Juice, Water I have to admit, I'm not a big fan of the taste of apple cider vinegar (my daughter loves it - weird girl ) but I can't taste it in this drink due to the lemon & cranberry juice. To make 750 ml... - Juice of 1 lemon - 30mls Apple Cider Vinegar - 200mls Cranberry Juice - 500mls water This is enough to drink one glass before each main meal (3 in a day) Combine this with healthy whole foods for 4 - 7 days and you've given yourself a mini-detox

13.01.2022 If you want more ABUNDANCE in your life... stop focusing on MONEY! If you look at the behaviour of "abundant" people, you'll notice that they are not so interested in money... They're interested in FREEDOM!... What about you? When it comes down to it, wouldn't you love to do... whatever you want, whenever you want, with whoever you want, as many times as you want?!! Also, "abundant" people don't limit themselves to one outcome. Instead, they focus on opportunity... ...and NOT on money!

12.01.2022 Today is a great day to be happy! There are many reasons to feel joy today... You have untold possibilities and infinite opportunities ahead of you. ... Abundance surrounds you (just look at nature and notice the number blades of grass, branches on trees, grains of sand, rain droplets in the clouds...) Try dancing, watching / reading something funny, listening to music, calling a friend, hanging out with a pet, playing with a child, moving your body or taking some time out to meditate. What can you do to bring more happiness and joy into your life?

06.01.2022 ACTION is an important part for creating what you want in life. But... It's not the only one! Many people think that it is purely their action that creates. And while it does produce results, if this is all you focus on you're missing two key components.... And one of these components is energy or vibration. It's the energy behind the action that creates, not just the action itself. Get into Alignment BEFORE taking Action You can take all the action in the world, but if your energy is out of alignment you will not get the results you want.
