If we stay in fear our immune systems are weakened Its important to make time each day to be happy,playful, and loving... Try not to give too much of your time or energy to negativity, because its not good for you and its not good for the planet. Bruce explains it better than me Im posting this because the world environment is challenging our beliefs about whether we are healthy enough to fight or adapt to the effects of the virus or the vaccine and its creating a lot of fear for some people. The beings that feed off our fear won't bring us harmony...
