18.01.2022 These are my beautiful daughters. Katie is having a baby in February, Hayley’s son Luca is 15 months and Sherri Rose’s daughter Emma is 5months. We, along with Sherri’s partners family had a very intimate lunch to celebrate their engagement. My pride in my daughters is limitless. @helenswimschool #family #pride

16.01.2022 This may look like fun. YES... it is, but it’s also teaching balance, coordination, cooperation, strength, turn taking, and joy. We want all kids to learn the joy of swimming. We are currently brainstorming some new techniques for some of our little people who displaying signs of anxiety. We are constantly learning and evolving to suits the needs of our families.

14.01.2022 Proud moment for Helen and Mel. Yesterday Amber and Imogen competed in their school carnival coming away with a fistful of ribbons and an "Age Champion" medal. Importantly they enjoyed their day and come away happy with their efforts. Our day was even prouder as we had the 9yrs agen champ from 5 years ago helping out in the pool. Kayley (Mel's daughter), is now an Elite swimmer and makes me smile every time I see her swim.

08.01.2022 While this photo of my grandson makes me laugh there is a serious lesson behind it. Luca is of course perfectly safe BUT his action highlights the need to be safe with toddlers around buckets of water and eskies etc. It could have been tragedy had this been a bucket of water instead of an empty pot. 01.01.2022 Just a little grand baby spam. Luca has just turned one and Emma is 15wks. Grand baby number three is due on Valentine’s Day 2021.

01.01.2022 My beautiful granddaughter is 13wks old. The photos show how happy she is in the water. The benefits of baby swimming is much promoted. My thoughts are that WE are honoured to be part of the little ones world. We have to show respect and provide a safe nurturing environment. Babies (even my grandies) will learn in their own time and without trauma. They don’t come with instructions.....our job is to understand each little persons individuality. They may grow up to be the next Elon Musk (Tech Billionaire) or Cate Campbell(Olympic Swimmer). But that is THEIR destiny, WE are only the guides.
