24.01.2022 'Always was, always will be' - that's the theme of NAIDOC Week 2020, it's a history San Clemente High School students had the opportunity to celebrate last week, and through the curriculum year-round. #NAIDOCWeek2020

19.01.2022 On the 16th and 17th of November, Year 7 Science classes attended the Hunter Valley Zoo for their Living World excursion. Despite the heat, students were actively engaged in their learning and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Zoe The giraffes were cool. The zebras were pretty. The lions were sleeping the whole time. Ella The deer were so nice to me we were besties.: Samson I fed the rainbow birds! Noah It was amazing to see the kangaroos - which are our country’s icon.

13.01.2022 On Wednesday 18th November, Year 10 Marine & Aquaculture students made the trip to Fly Point Marine Reserve as part of their Open Water Snorkelling unit of work. Guided by 'Let's Go Adventures' along with Mr Quinn and Miss Ruddy, students snorkelled through the marine reserve at the height of a spring tide. A pod of dolphins passed through as students entered the water, who then encountered other species such as comb jellies (which are bioluminescent!), leather jacket, luderi...ck in the process of feeding and a sizeable wobbegong. This excursion will be one of the last times the Year 10 Marine cohort gather together, over their two-year elective course and we have formed many great memories. Mr Quinn and Mr Ryan thank all the students for their dedication over the past two years and wish them well in their aquatic and terrestrial pursuits in the future. #KeepLearning #Connect #BeActive See more

11.01.2022 Today, our U16’s 'Doves' Girls Rugby League team took part in the Katrina Fanning Rugby League Competition at Lakeside Sporting Complex, Raymond Terrace. Amazing team-work and skills were evident throughout the day; special mention to Taania, Imogen, Taia and Lacey, these four are very good footballers and gave a lot of guidance to the other girls with lesser experience. Well done to all the players and a special thank you to Mrs Browne, who did an outstanding job coaching and mentoring the team. #BeActive #Connect
